Fort Ransom Getaway~ A Charmed Home with Fire Pit

This is one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen is like your super chefy-some sort of combination of granola/german grandma left all of her stuff for you to use. It’s a dream. You don’t need to bring ANY seasoning. They’ve got everything. Beds are comfy, plenty of good pillows and bedding. The coffee station upstairs is so great and is stocked with a wonderful selection. And the jetted bath in the beautiful upstairs bathroom made me feel like a movie star. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. I was a clutz and broke a cheese slicer and he was so lovely about it. *sorry again!! 😬

Place was awesome, great access to downtown and easy to contact the host. Comfortably met our requirements for 8 people and our bridal party to get ready at. Awesome location for the bride and groom to do their 1st look.

Zechariah communicated efficiently when we checked in. The house was clean and everything the description entailed! We appreciated the coffee bar and utilized it each morning! The best part of this stay was that it was close to UJ’s baseball field! Great location!

Beautiful weekend! The house was perfect — clean, well-stocked, a large table for family meals, a grill and a Blackstone, fire pit, fire table, pool table, bar, sound system, and a large deck with the most gorgeous views of the lake!! The hosts were awesome! Great communication, easy check-in, and they even offered to let us arrive early. They gave us good recommendations for dinner and some things to do in the area. We made many happy memories — would definitely recommend staying at Little Earth Lodge!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We felt very comfortable being here and also felt very welcomed. The yard was fenced in and made it great for the dogs! The inside of the depot was organized clean. A very nice place to stay!

Cannot say enough good things about this place for ice fishing in late January/early February. Without it, not sure we would have been able to load the truck have the and have the space to let everything dry out. Have not stayed in a nicer place on an ice fishing trip. Loved it

Newly remodeled Executive Style Home.

We loved our stay in the little house!! We needed a place for a long weekend while visiting family. We were so lucky to find this place; it had everything we needed, plus many little extra touches. Everything is new and well-cared for in a very bright, cozy space. The king size bed was fantastic; it was very quiet at night for great sleeping. The wifi is fast and reliable, and there's a desk and chair for a workspace in the bedroom. The nice, roomy shower has dispensers of bath products (thank you!) The kitchen has a big island for working, prepping meals, or eating, and it's supplied with all the basics you need. Coffee, tea, and cocoa are provided, and we were delighted by the treats waiting for us on arrival. It was nice having the washer and dryer, plus the line outside. There is a great grocery and main street shops a few blocks away. We could have stayed at the motel for less, but that's what you get - much less. The little house gets my highest recommendation. We stayed here while hunting in the area. Great place with plenty of room for large groups, well stocked home. Ample trailer parking, bird cleaning area, and the summer kitchen is a great bonus with a grill, griddle etc. Jason communicated well about check in instructions and also called after check in to verify we didn’t have any questions and provide additional information.

Beautiful lodge located in rural North Dakota!

Don’t think this is the place to stay in the area and Blake was an amazing host. Super friendly, helpful, and hospitality was top notch! We will always stay here whenever we are in the area.
