Island Bungalow on Bowens Island

Island Bungalow, located on Bowens Island, a one bedroom 400 sq ft stand alone cottage on the Folly River as part of the owners property with deep water dock with sunset views. Fishing, crabbing, boating, paddle boarding and kayaking, are available right on the island. The cottage is nestled among mature oak and palm trees for that relaxing island ambiance. Just a walk down the dirt road is the world famous Bowens Island Restaurant, Folly Beach 2 miles by car or bike, 15 minutes to Charleston

Luxury Loft (2 miles from Folly Beach)

The Luxury Loft is perfect for one person or a couple. The stylish surfer vibe loft is adjacent to the main house with a separate entrance. Located 2 miles from Folly Beach, walking distance to a grocery store, and 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Spacious shower, kitchen with hot plate, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender. It has Wifi and smart TV with a split unit A/C. Off-street parking space for one and one space street parking. Beach vibes without all the crowds.

You'll be able to walk to a local, organic grocery store, coffee shop, and several restaurants and local boutiques. The property backs up to sixteen miles of paved paths - perfect for walks or a bike ride. This is the ideal home base for your visit to Charleston!

Quaint Cottage Studio in Ashley Forest (Avondale).

Take in the peace, calm, and hospitality of Charleston at this small, quaint, stand-alone cottage. The studio is situated on our property and shares an outdoor lounge and dining area. Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.

Entire Condo in Avondale

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Centrally located on James Island, halfway between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. It's only 3 miles to downtown Charleston's significant historic sites and world class restaurants. Folly Beach is 7 miles away and home to beautiful beaches, surfing, fishing and wonderful food and nightlife. This rental is walking distance to 3 breakfast spots, a grocery store, great restaurants, bars and Dock Street Park. Cute, cozy and full of amenities in a family friendly neighborhood.

3 Bedroom - 10min to Downtown & 15min to Folly

Spacious 1960's brick ranch located minutes from downtown and Folly Beach. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located on James Island. Perfect for families or groups. The master comes with a king bed & the other bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. There are 2 couches as well that can sleep one comfortably. Located across the street from a small private boat landing. Driveway can fit up to 6 cars. Each room comes with a TV. Charcoal grill is located on patio.
