We were travelling with friends and everyone enjoyed the stay and we felt lucky to have found Ciaran's place, which had everything we needed and more. It is located in a beautiful peaceful place, walkable distance to the sea side. We chose to Uber it to the city center, but it is also possible to use public transport. It was easy to follow the instructions from Ciaran and we felt right like at home. Huge thanks!

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! Just returned from a fabulous couple of nights in Coolattin. As it was a family celebration, we booked the dairymaids (5bedrooma), the hayloft (3bedrooms) and tindals cottage (2 beds). There were 19 of us (aged from 8 to 80), and there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy together, or have some time to themselves. The Dairymaids was fantastic, huge living/dining area, with lovely French doors onto the courtyard on one side, and the ‘bee garden’ on the other. Both the Dairymaids and Tindals Cottage are on one level, a couple of small steps in, but perfect for varied ages in our group. Bedrooms were tastefully decorated and lovely powerful showers in en-suites/jack and Jill bathrooms. The Hayloft was stunning with kitchen downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, along with a sitting room overlooking the courtyard. This was the Tweenies favourite place to escape to and chill! Woodland walks across the road and golf a few mins away made it perfect. Thank you Olivia, Noel and Dee!

Accommodation was as described, and clean. Nice quiet community (certainly in May anyway - maybe it gets busier in the summer months!). Communication was seamless too.

Amazing stay, highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay in Listowel.The town is lovely and full of kind and helpful people who made our visit even more special. We were four couples, and the house was absolutely perfect for us – spacious, elegant, and just as beautiful as in the photos. It was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a group. Robert and Joe were extremely responsive and kind throughout the whole process – from key collection to making sure we were settled and happy. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. As a small suggestion for improvement, the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom could be stronger, and we felt the kitchen could use a few more large pots and pans, as we cooked at home and would have appreciated more cooking options. Overall,our experience was wonderful, and we are very grateful. We truly hope to return soon and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay. Anna and Luke's place was amazing. Beautifully renovated cottage in peaceful, private surroundings. The sauna and natural river dip was magical at night, even in the rain! Lovely comfy bed and couch to relax on, it was the perfect place to unwind. We will be back!

What a wonderful stay we had in Steve's place! Everything was thought of from beginning to end - from Steve welcoming us in with carrying our luggage, snacks, and finding toys for our toddler to play with in the apartment and to all the recommendations he sent to us. We really enjoyed the space and amenities included and the rooftop deck was superb! The neighborhood was really easy to get around and we found it really easy to walk to other activities within Dublin. We'd easily stay here again on a future visit - thank you so much to Steve for the lovely warm Irish welcome!

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

I had the most wonderful stay here! It’s in the perfect spot. Not five minutes walk from a beautiful and quiet beach with views out to Clare Island, and only twenty minutes walk from the start of Croagh Patrick. Not to mention, the mountain towers over the AirBnb and you can see it from the apartment. The apartment was very cozy, neat, and the perfect place to relax and read after hiking. The surrounding area is quite breathtaking and there are so many things to do! Hilary was the perfect host, very friendly, helpful, and super responsive. She sent me lots of information ahead of time and even helped me after I missed my train from the airport. She is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to, and made me feel right at home. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I do intend to come back!

Excellent place to stay in a very peaceful area of Ireland. Mary’s place is right on the water with great walking paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay along with the authentic towns nearby where we had supper. Highly recommend for getting off the beaten track a bit when you visit Ireland.

Patrick was very solicitous to insure our stay was comfortable, that we had what we needed and offered recommendations for things to do. It was fun and informative talking with Patrick. Easy 15 minute walk into center city.

Beautiful location, close to restaurants and shopping. Lucille was very communicative with me. I highly recommend.

Catherine’s place was perfect for a getaway of 1-2 people, looking to be within walking distance of the beach, cafes, restaurants & pubs. It’s a cosy little place, kitted out with all the amenities you could want. The porch is an extra bonus, for sitting in the sun admiring the beach view & relaxing. Catherine was very accommodating from start to finish, and super responsive if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely recommend to others & would visit again.

Martin's flat is an absolute gem. Very comfortable, with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Martin and Alive are such thoughtful hosts, they provide more than you can hope in a holiday accommodation. It's like going from home to home Amazing views and surroundings, confortable bed, perfect undercover car space to park the convertible. We will come back!

The apartment is incredible, with spectacular views, very spacious, and super comfortable. Our stay in the village was magnificent. The owner is super friendly and approachable; she provided us with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with lovely balcony (though rain prevented us from using). Great instructions on how to work everything in the apartment from the host. We didn't have a car and this place was very close to everything in town. It was easy to get to shopping areas and restaurants and we were just a few meters from the pick up point for our hop-on-hop-off bus tour.

Visited here for 5 days and it was a great experience. The place was clean, plenty of room for 4 people and kitted out with all of the essentials we needed for our stay. The location is excellent with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops, within walking distance. Tricia was attentive and was very good at communicating with us throughout our stay and even dropped in some cupcakes for us. Will heavily consider coming back here when we next visit Ireland.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at Mary’s place! The surroundings are beautiful, and the location is convenient with great access to the town. The price was very reasonable for everything that was offered. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, the hot tub and sauna made our trip so much more enjoyable — they turned rainy days into relaxing afternoons. Sitting by the dock with a cup of hot tea, watching the water, was one of the most peaceful moments of our stay. Thank you, Mary, for providing such a cozy and lovely getaway!

If you want to discover Dublin on foot, you've come to the right place. Perfect location, quiet neighbourhood and good communication with the hosts. :-)

Very comfortable and cozy place. Quiet neighborhood about 15-20 walk to the city center. First time in Dublin. I probably would have chosen a different neighborhood if a friend that lives there did not suggest this area. Very safe. Definitely recommend
