Historical & luxurious 2Bdr duplex – Notre Dame

This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. Covid: hosts & cleaning lady are Pfizer vaccinated.

Beautiful DUPLEX in the heart PARIS

L'Antre du Secrétaire de Louis XIII – Île Saint-Louis Vivez l'histoire à 3 min de Notre-Dame. Logé dans un immeuble de 1638, mon appartement de 50 m² est un cabinet de curiosités unique : boiseries XVIIIe, rambardes 1920 et une monumentale armoire Louis XIV de 3m. Sous 4,60m de plafond, profitez du calme absolu d'une cour privée arborée. Un écrin bohème-chic, ultra-moderne (cuisine équipée). Note : Agencement atypique (mezzanine, marches), non adapté aux PMR ou jeunes enfants

quiet and sweet in heart of Paris

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

Luxury Suite Ile Saint Louis with Notre Dame view

Parfaitement situé au coeur de l'ile Saint Louis se trouve notre studio d'environ 30 m2 aménagé comme une suite avec une vue magnifique sur les plus beaux monuments de Paris. Rénové intégralement en 2019, l appartement est un espace repos et détente disposant d' une literie haut de gamme et de beaux matériaux. Il est situé en dernier étage (5eme) sans ascenseur, dans un immeuble du XVIIème siècle. Le lieu est idéal pour une ou deux personnes.

Notre-Dame: bright, historic, central A/C

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on two levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.
