Simple comforts of home are provided in our 1450 sq. ft. , two bedrooms, two and a half bath townhouse which is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. This is a brand new listing and we are new to hosting! We are excited to launch this rental property and are eager to receive our first guests.

Private Cozy Studio

This is a private cozy studio below my home with a private entrance, your own kitchen , bathroom and that is close to many things to explore. Bervard county is close by and famous for it’s 250 different water fall with miles of trails to walk . Tryon International Equestrian Center Come and explore this area. I’m sure you will love all the seasonal amenities. Also Pardee and Advent hospitals are close by
