This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Located 7 miles to the Creation Museum, 42 Miles to Ark Encounter, 15 miles to Skiing. This 1,500 Sqft. walkout basement with private entrance and patio in a nice neighborhood on flagged lot providing guest privacy. Well behaved pets welcomed. Hosts live on property should you need anything during your stay. You will be staying in the basement of our private home so you may hear footsteps and our dog. You are welcome to use the walking trails in the neighborhood.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

This is my personal home and I welcome you to be my guest, relax, make yourself at home. My favorite things are the accessibility features, the privacy, and no steps. There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.

Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
