This the only place I’m booking wen i come to Cincinnati

This was a beautiful place to stay. Inside and out. Every amenity one could ask for. Beautiful outdoor space. Great for our two dogs, and nice and quiet. We were just there overnight, so, couldn’t go exploring. We would definitely stay here again. I’m a retired nurse. It would be great for a travel nurse!! Matt was wonderful. He greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank Matt!

A great, quaint, location with easy access to Downtown Cincinnati and UC. Accessing the loft via the ladder was a nice, unique touch. The host had great communication and the space was very neat and tidy.

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!

The place is beautiful and in a wonderful location! It’s a little loud in the late evenings due to being above a popular bar, but a small price to pay for the comfort and accessibility of all downtown has to offer!

We were very happy with how nice the place was everything was clean and very well kept. The shower was a treat and the bed was very cozy. The photos did not show the wonderful views we had from the fourth floor apartment, and the only detractor was the stair climb I'm sure I wouldn't have minded if my wife's knee wasn't bad (she had me carrying the luggage.) The area around the building was bustling with beautiful young people enjoying the city, and it felt safe to walk around. The food within walking distance was amazing and getting around town was easy when we went to a baseball game. We enjoyed Cincinnati far more because our host provided an environment we would never have experienced at a hotel. She is not charging enough for this gem I promise you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We've stayed in several Airbnbs in Cincy over the years and this was easily the best place we've stayed. Perfect location, nice furnishings, we'd definitely stay here again. Really good value for the price. As mentioned in a few of the other reviews the only drawback is the parking situation. The "Findlay North Parking Garage" is probably your best bet. It's only 3 or so minute walk and it has a $20 per day max, making it far cheaper than street parking or the surface lot across the street from the aparment.
