Notre séjour à la villa de Josée a été extraordinaire. Une magnifique maison au cœur du Costa Rica. C’est un endroit paisible et sécuritaire. La communication avec Josée est excellente. De plus, elle nous a fait de très bonne recommendation d’activités que nous avons beaucoup aimé. Je vous recommande vivement. :)

The only thing I regret about my stay at Albita’s place is that it wasn’t longer. In short, it’s a little gem of a house with the most stunning sunsets you can imagine. Being greeted with a rainbow in the morning and having coffee on the deck as you watch the clouds move around the mountains is sublime. Albita is a fantastic host: generous, responsive and extremely helpful. And Santa Elena is a cool little mountain town. Bon Appetit! and the Monteverde Brewing Company are great dining options close by.

We had a great time, everything was perfect.We loved the pool and the casita was perfect for my 25 years old daughter. The view was incredible. There was construction near by but it wasn’t loud. It didn’t affect our vacation. I loved the kitchen, it was really well equipped! We highly recommend La Caza de Paz and we would come back for sure!

El lugar tiene una vista espectacular, ideal para familias grandes y la casa es muy accesible para silla de ruedas. Hay mucho espacio en toda la propiedad y la limpieza de la casa espectacular. La cocina tenia todo lo necesario para cocinar. No hay supermercados cerca por lo que es recomendable hacer compras antes de llegar al lugar. Definitivamente volvería.

We just had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful tree house in the clouds. It truly felt like a hidden gem tucked away in nature. The weather surprised us with rain, and everything was damp at first—but once we embraced it, even that became part of the magic. The misty forest, the sound of raindrops on the roof—it all added to the peaceful, cozy atmosphere. The woodfires were such a perfect touch and made the space feel warm and inviting. Jessy was amazing—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care went into creating this experience. It was a truly special escape, and we would love to come back.

Vincent’s place was absolutely excellent—just like the photos, if not better! The hot tub ended up being my partner’s favorite part of our entire stay (seriously, highlight of the trip!). The Jungle Rock was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 4-night stay. Vincent was incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be booking again the next time we’re on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica! For anyone considering a stay: the Wi-Fi is via Starlink and was impressively fast and reliable, perfect if you need to stay connected. Just keep in mind, you’re surrounded by jungle near the coast, so heavy rain might cause a temporary blip. Totally worth it for the beautiful setting though. Overall, an easy 5/5. we had a wonderful stay at monteverde thanks to dulce! the home is clean and beautiful and the location is central to the nature preserves. perfect for birding!

This home is beautiful and the location on the beach is amazing. There was a learning curve to get the air conditioning working properly which was likely user error on our part. Bring a soft cooler to carry cold beverages down to the beach so you dont need to run up and down the stairs.. Despite the minor criticisms above i would highly recommend this place. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

It's a wonderful place to stay more time than the one we chose. It's a quiet place, with a great scenery and lots of wildlife. I will recommended for a week vacation away from everything.

Teako House was a really great stay, incredible value for the money, and a truly local experience in a real tico neighborhood that is located in a lush peaceful valley. The apartment was simple but surprisingly spacious and upgrades have been made since these pictures so I found things a bit more spruced up than I expected! From the little terrace you can see the surrounding teak farm and watch the clouds roll by (literally, you're in a cloud forest sometimes!). And the host Juan Carlos is a super nice local surfer and business owner who is stoked to offer up recommendations, etc. if you want them. I had to get some work done during my stay so I particularly appreciated the fast wifi and gorgeous relaxing nature view from the dining table that I used as my desk.

We had an excellent stay here while in Monteverde. The views were unbeatable, and everything in the unit itself well maintained! Yami was an excellent host, very responsive and always ready to give recommendations. It was a very tranquil getaway, would certainly come back!

Beautiful location with Marina, mountain and stunning sunrise views over the ocean. Pool was a good temperature and home was clean and spacious!

We stayed here 3 nights over the weekend. Really beautiful house with a big garden where you are close to the nature. Ideal for a calm and relaxing stay. You also got to check out the lovely details around and inside the house. It was absolutely amazing!

We enjoy a lot to spend holidays in this place, is peaceful, beautiful and confortable, I really recommend Villa Corazon. Looking forward to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having access to the beach club was a big bonus. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, paricularily Mario, Maria and Freddy.

If you want peaceful and remote, this is the place for you! We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Giselle’s place was less than 5 min from Playa Coco, which was the best beach in the area (we didn’t surf but seemed like everyone that did also went there). There are not a ton of restaurants in the area, but as it’s easy to cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the beautiful views from the Airbnb, I’d recommend bringing your own groceries, striking up a fire and settling in. Watched the birds come in every morning from bed!

Remarkable, immaculately designed and kept luxury villa. A little bit off the beaten path. Nearest airport being Liberia (LIR), 2 hrs away and you’ll need a 4x4 to get there. Having said that, this place is absolutely a hidden gem you won’t want to leave in a hurry. Note: it is a remarkably large property and we could easily have fit another family of 5 (alongside us) and not seen each other for days. Hosts were always responsive and communicative and made our stay memorable and easy.

We (family of five + grandparents) had a lovely stay at Casa Valentina. It’s far enough away from the main town Santa Elena to feel you’re in the forest, but close enough to enjoy restaurants etc when you want to go out. Very close to all kinds of activities like ziplining, nature walks and waterfalls. Kids loved the room with the ‘secret’ attic-bedroom. The house is well maintained and well equipped. The driveway is a bit steep but we did fine without a 4x4. Definitely recommend for a group or large family looking for a tranquil mountain getaway.
