Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil de la part de Despina et Massimo. Leur l9cation est vraiment au top et nous avons passé un excellent sejour. N'hésitez pas, allez y ! c'est le lieu idéal pour rayonner et découvrir la Crète orientale. Un grand merci !!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht ist bezaubern. Die Gastgeber hatten viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung und gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Opholdet i Xanthis fine hus var så dejligt. Vi nød hendes skønne blomstrende have med friske urter og søde skilpadder i baghaven. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Betty et son compagnon sont adorables ☺️. Superbe accueil, maison spacieuse, propre et calme, avec literie de qualité. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et idéal pour se détendre. Betty était très disponible, rendant le check-in et check-out faciles. Une voiture est nécessaire car c'est un peu en dehors de la ville. Je recommande vivement ce séjour !

We spent a wonderful week in the apartment. It is a wonderful and quiet place, the owners thought of everything down to the smallest detail, were always in touch and left their useful recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which were very useful to us. The house is perfectly clean, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - you can cook freely. There is also a cozy private terrace. The instructions for check-in are clear. For us, the availability of parking was a big plus. Nearby you can find many restaurants, a beautiful beach.

Das zauberhafte Haus ist ein echtes Juwel. Direkt an der Küste gelegen schläft man ein & wacht auf mit dem Klang der Brandung. Direkt vor den Schlafzimmern beginnt das Meer & lädt ein zum morgendlichen Spaziergang oder Bad. Perfekte Abgeschiedenheit in einem Hain von Zitronen- & Olivenbäumen abseits der Straße & der Nachbarn. Geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet, kein überflüssiger Krams, liebevoller Empfang durch Eleonora. Es sind die kleinen aufmerksamen Gesten, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen wie die Schale mit den köstlichen Zitronen, Clementinen, Ouzo & kleinen Süßigkeiten oder die großzügig bemessenen Vorräte an Nespressokapseln. Die vollständig eingerichtete Küche bietet wirklich alles zum Kochen, wenn man nicht eines der wunderbaren Restaurants besucht. Die zwei Liegen am Haus verführen dazu, dort den ganzen Tag lesend mit einem Glas Wein oder einem köstlichen Espresso mit Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Wir vermissen diesen wunderbaren Ort jetzt schon.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, modern en ruim, maar toch heel gezellig en romantisch. Prettig bed van 160x200cm. Stevig matras. Wij zijn lange mensen van 1.80m en 1.96m en sliepen goed. Het is heel stil in de omgeving en de slaapkamer. De buitenruimtes zijn prettig, er is altijd een plek te vinden in de zon, of juist in de schaduw, of uit de wind. Het was twee dagen koud, 12 graden, toen hebben wij de open haard gebruikt, ook comfortabel. De douche en warm water is goed. Wasmachine goed. De keuken is erg compleet, er is meer servies en benodigdheden dan ik thuis heb. Je zou uitgebreid kunnen koken en zelfs een taart kunnen bakken. Het is een heel rustige omgeving. In Sitia zijn meerdere erg goede restaurants. Er zijn weinig bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, maar wij houden van natuur, wandelen en rust. Andere leuke dorpen zijn minimaal 1,5-2,5 uur rijden vanwege de berg wegen. Zowel de eigenaar als verhuurder waren vriendelijk en reageerden snel op vragen.

Alkis is a super friendly host, and always responds so quickly. Once I didn’t know how to use the washing machine, he came in person just in five minutes! Also he gave me so many recommendations for local cuisine and tourist attractions. The apartment is well maintained and is in a rather perfect location, 10-15 minutes’ walk to the heart of the Old Town, and 1 minute’s walk just to the beachside. The parking place is easier to find compared to the old town, so it’s more friendly to self-drivers. Overall, highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit bei Giannis. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, hat alle angegebenen Ausstattungen vorhanden und vor allem eine super Küche, die nichts missen lässt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und man hat einen tollen Meerblick, mit dem man jeden Abend Schiffe begutachten kann.

The accommodation was cozy and about 10 minutes from the center. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with Antonios was always nice and he responded quickly. I recommend. 😊

Very easy access to shops and dinning. You can walk to almost anywhere. Very compact design but perfect people that travel light.

New building, new apartment, smartly decorated. It is alittle smaller than we thought. On the description; the apartment capacity is mentioned as max 4 person. I think it can only accomodate 3 adults. Overall, nice neighborhood, walking distance to the center. Free parking and safe. Recommended.

Aspasia was a lovely host! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the day we checked in, Aspasia was extremely welcoming and helpful, showing us around the apartment and sending a list of local recommendations! The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful with clear views of the ocean. It was a short walk to the town center and peaceful the whole time. We visited during easter which was an amazing experience. Aspasia told us about the local traditions and celebrations occurring throughout the weekend and it was truly special to experience that first hand. The town was perfect, the people were extremely friendly, and the views were breathtaking. My husband and I have already talked about coming back to Paros and staying at Aspasia’s apartments! Près de la mer et des restaurants sur la plage, près d'une pâtisserie familiale, localisation parfaite. Belle terrasse extérieure. Stationnement réservé pour nous. l'appartement était propre, belle grandeur, petites attentions de la part de l'hôte. Un très beau séjour! Merci!!!

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful sea view, kindest people ever, immaculate room with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Sit on the terrace, drink a coffee and watch the sea. Walkable to great sites. Can’t recommend enough.

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

Amazing hosts and very clean accommodation at a good price. Will return there on my next visit to Athens as it was that good.

While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Appartement exceptionnel avec une décoration très soignée. Terrasse de rêve et très agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Confort exceptionnel. Accueil et communication parfaits. On est à pied de toutes les commodités et du tramway pour aller à au centre d’Athènes. Glyfada est très dynamique avec de nombreuses boutiques, restaurants et épiceries fines. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci pour tout !
