La signora Tania Maria è gentilissima, aperta e calorosa.Sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno. La casa é perfetta, sembra di vivere in un sogno medievale. La cittadina di Mesta é un posto bellissimo, l'accesso alle spiagge da sogno e facile con una macchina a disposizione. Questa aerea dell'isola sembra la più interessante e offre un mare splendido e siti storici preziosi. Raccomandato al 100% ! Vi consigliamo di prendere il caffè al mattino seduti al tavolino della casetta, prima che il sole scaldi troppo l'aria. Prendetevi cura dei gattini del villaggio, sapranno ricompensarvi con coccole abbondanti. Chios e una meraviglia e Mesta un gioiello. La casa di Tania Maria un nido perfetto per riposare!

We really enjoyed our stay with Anastasia and mother Katarina at the pink castle. You certainly get a family vibe staying here and surrounded by nature and offered old local traditions it’s definitely worth a visit. It’s a bit outside of town so make sure you have some transportation!

Alex is een hele vriendelijke man. Bij aankomst stond hij al op ons te wachten en gaf ons een rondleiding door het huisje. Het huisje was erg schoon en Alex had van alles voor ons in de koelkast gelegd. Ook de shampoo en douchegel waren vrij te gebruiken. Het zithoekje zit precies in de schaduw waardoor je lekker kan afkoelen met de warme temperaturen. Alex reageert snel op je berichten en is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam! We hebben ons erg welkom gevoeld en raden dit huisje zeker aan!

Very nice and calm place to stay, we will come back for sure. Our kids enjoyed the separated beds and their own space, living room is very confortable, kitchen is well equiped and clean. Leonidio center is in walking distance and everything you need is there.

If you want the peachiest place to stay in Kardamyli look no further ! Set in a beautiful olive grove, this stone house is elegant and comfortable. It has everything you need. Kostas is a lovely host- it was great to meet him. You are a few minutes walk from a very private swimming cove. We never met anyone else swimming there. I highly recommend this house !

We had a great time at Aristo’s. House was lovely and everything was as described. We really enjoyed the fireplace which gave the house such a cozy vibe. Nice and private and peaceful. Host was very responsive and friendly. We only regret not using the hot tub!!

We stayed five nights at Konstantinos’s house at the back of Spetses near Kouzounos. The family, including our two young children had a fantastic time. If you like peace and quiet, mixed with a rustic environment and breathtaking view, this is a great option. Kouzounos has a beautiful beach which is a short walk from the house, equally Paradise beach and others are not too far away. It is definitely necessary to rent a motorbike to get around and access the old harbour, Dapia etc.. which are not that far away. It always felt like a big relief coming back to such a beautiful-private house. We definitely hope to stay again and looking forward to a few more G&T’s gazing over spetsopoula. Konstantinos was a great host, extremely responsive and clear with his instructions. Thank you from us all, until next time!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit bei Giannis. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, hat alle angegebenen Ausstattungen vorhanden und vor allem eine super Küche, die nichts missen lässt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und man hat einen tollen Meerblick, mit dem man jeden Abend Schiffe begutachten kann.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλώς υπέροχη! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμουν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο, κάτι που με βόλεψε ιδιαίτερα λόγω του ταξιδιού μου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μου έδωσε χρήσιμες προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Η διαδικασία check-in/check-out ήταν γρήγορη και χωρίς καμία δυσκολία. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνω εδώ και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει μια άψογη εμπειρία Airbnb!

πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, καθαροί χώροι, άμεση εξυπηρέρηση και επικοινωνία από τον Ιδιοκτήτη σε ότι του ζητήθηκε. ανυπομονώ για την επόμενη φορά που θα βρεθώ στη όμορφη Ξάνθη

Η Γεωργια είναι άψογη!!! άμεση στις απαντήσεις της σε ότι και αν την ρωτήσαμε! μας βοήθησε υπερβολικά με τις συμβουλές της για τα μέρη και τα εστιατόρια που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε. το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με πολλές παροχές! το δωμάτιο της μικρής μας κόρης είχε πολλά παιχνίδια, παραμύθια και παζλ που μπορούσε να κάτσει με τις ώρες και εμείς να ξεκουραστούμε! ακόμη και η κουβέρτα της είχε τα αγαπημένα της unicorns! Η πισίνα του συγκροτήματος ήταν μεγάλη και πολύ καθαρή! η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και σε 5 λεπτά βρισκόσουν στη Γεωργιούπολη που υπήρχε περισσότερος κόσμος και μπορούσες να ψωνισεις από σούπερ μάρκετ, καθως να φας και να απολαύσεις ένα ποτό. ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία Γεωργία!!! θα ξαναβρεθούμε σίγουρα!

We've had a really good time staying at Michael's place. It is situated really close to a wonderful quiet sandy beach that has some amazing clay mass people use to improve their bodies skin while soaking the sun. A good number of some true and genuine cretan tavernas nearby to address the tastes of Greek food connoisseurs.

The Place is great for 2-3 people who want to stay in Kalavryta and to reach everything by foot. The Kitchen offers everything you need to cook and you can enjoy the sunsets ok the balcony with a great view over the villiage ans mountains! Recommend!

Υπέροχος, αρχοντικός χώρος.. πολύ καθαρός…. Με παραπάνω υπηρεσίες και απ ότι γράφει το Air bnb. Φοβερή θέα από διάφορα μέρη του οικήματος… ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση με φίλους ή σχέση

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

It’s the third time I’m organising a wellness retreat in Villa Emanuela. It is always a pleasure to return to this sanctuary of peace, so close to the thermal waters of Aidipsos. Mr Elias is always welcoming us with his big smile, taking care of us and helping us in case we need anything. The communication with both, Christos and Mr. Elias is always impeccable. The villa was spotless, perfectly clean. We thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again soon.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!
