Guests have public access points. ****SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED*** We live on the property and therefore, it is not considered a public accommodation.

Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access
