The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. Historic Ham’s Station is now renting our beautiful newly renovated cabins. Each cabin was built in the 1890’s. Each cabin has a newly built deck attached for enjoying our beautiful Mountain View. The cabins are located right next to Ham’s Station on hwy 88. A family style restaurant with a full bar. So, you won’t have to go very far to find delicious food after a day of fishing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, or any other activities our beautiful Sierra mountains have to offer.
