L’intero immobile, di unica proprietà, è appena stato completamente e finemente ristrutturato dotandolo di tutti i comfort possibili. È diviso in due unità, una al primo piano con due camere da letto ed una al secondo piano con una camera da letto. Entrambi gli appartamenti sono dotati di terrazzi attrezzati con viste mozzafiato.
