The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

The Mountain View, Hill Condo 1290 is located in the Big Sky Mountain Village at 7,500 vertical feet above sea level. Enjoy views of Lone Peak towering at 11,166 feet. Take the shuttle to Big Sky through the winter season or walk the 10 minute trail to Big Sky Base Area. Hiking and biking trails out the door with Lake access from the the property. A beautifully constructed log & plank home, simple & solid, unique, cozy, ~ a magically lit structure! Located in the hills 4 miles east of town (8min drive). As you drive into the property you will enjoy views of the entire Gallatin Valley & mountain ranges in every direction. • Bridger Bowl Ski Area (15min) • Rocky Creek Nordic Ski Area just down the hill (ski there!) • Nearby Yellowstone Park (~1.5hr) • Rocky Creek for fly fishing (10min walk) • Swimming pond w/ beach volleyball court!

Clean and Cozy: Cortina

Condo is perfectly suited for year-round vacations to Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. In the summer, hike the Beehive Basin trail which is 5 minutes away, enjoy mountain biking and hiking from the Big Sky base area, or stroll to Lake Levinsky and rent canoes or paddle boats. In the winter, enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, and ziplining by taking the free shuttle to the Big Sky base area. Lakefront Cabin-18 miles from West Yellowstone

This is a lovely cabin located on 3.5 acres and 20 yds from the lake. The views are spectacular. Henry's Lake is a trophy fishing lake and there is always something to watch, especially birds in the area. Our cabin is a 1960 Sears&Roebuck catalog home. The Centennial Mtn Range is across the lake. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Only 18 miles from West Yellowstone, it offers a great getaway for your stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Guests say our pictures do not do justice.

Restored one bedroom and loft log cabin on the Gallatin River in Big Sky, Montana. World class trout fishing at the front door. Hundreds of miles of national forest land with hiking trails in the backyard. Beautiful ranch style, Custom masonry, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully furnished home. Private 20 acres near Gallatin Gateway Montana. Nestled amongst a mature forest of willow and Cottonwood trees and the 2 rivers-Cottonwood Creek and Gallatin River. This pristine property is magnificent 4 seasons! Amazing Gallatin Riverfront property with fishing access. The home is set deep in the property for privacy and quiet. 15 minutes from Bozeman and 30 minutes from Big Sky.
