The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

Best Location in Downtown Bozeman

Best location in Bozeman! Downtown Bozeman's Main Street, restaurants, shopping, local trails & parks, Sweet Pea Festival, Farmer's Market, swimming pool, library, and local grocery are all within walking distance! You’ll love this gorgeous remodel of our 1890s farmhouse because of the prime location & quiet neighborhood. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please note small apt upstairs with a separate entrance & very quiet tenant.

Bridger Haus~Bridger Bowl~20 Mins to Bozeman

The Bridger Haus is a vacation rental located near the base area of Bridger Bowl ski area. The 3-bed, 3-bath home features a full kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, radiant heat, and gas fireplace. The house is an easy 10 minute walk to the base area and back, or provides ski-in access back to the house from the ski area boundary. It also provides immediate access to Crosscut Mountain Sports Center, Bridger Mountains and scenic 15 minute drive to Bozeman. No pets at the property policy.

New modern house with unreal view of Lone Peak!!

Featured as one ofAirBnB's most wish-listed ski homes! Breathtaking view of Lone Peak. Stacking windows that open to the deck with hot tub, grill and slide for the kids! Pure oxygen pumped into two main bedrooms. Indoor and outdoor fireplace. Pure oxygen piped into two main bedrooms! Open floor plan with 25' vaulted ceilings. Custom bunk beds. 1 mile drive to Big Sky parking lot and .3 mile ski/walk down to White Otter 2 lift from house (can't ski back).

This beautiful 3 bed / 2 bath house is perfect for your travel. Only 5 minutes from Bozeman airport, 30 minutes from Bridger Bowl Ski Resort, minutes from Bozeman shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and Montana State University. It can be a great stop for your trip to or from Yellowstone Park or Big Sky Resort. You will enjoy a large back yard with gas grill, mountain views, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds.
