The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

Gallatin River Retreat-Fish/Ski/Golf/Hike/Relax!

The recently remodeled home was originally a one-room schoolhouse dating back to 1910. Nestled in the Gallatin Valley, the property is surrounded by 7 mountain ranges offering visitors endless opportunities for outdoor recreation year-round. Located just 45 minutes from both Bridger Bowl and Big Sky Ski Resort-it's the perfect location to access both downhill and cross-country skiing. With downtown Bozeman just a 10-minute drive away recess opportunities abound at this scenic, peaceful property.

Solar powered, near dwntn & airport w/mtn views

Welcome! We have had a snowy winter. Your Airbnb is a two bedroom en-suite, full private upstairs space above the garage with beautiful ever-changing views of the mountains and the valley. It is off the beaten path on a private road yet 10 minutes to downtown and the airport. It offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer on over an acre. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or out back at the glass table. We’re just down the road from the 2 vet clinics.

Big Sky Cabin

This charming cabin is a 10 minute drive from Big Sky town and 20 minutes to the slopes. It’s a stone's throw away from the Gallatin River. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and AC. The basement bedroom has two twin over double bunks. The kitchen includes a Viking range. A small dining room allows for family meals. The upstairs living room provides room to lounge and enjoy mountain views. The basement living room has TV and a cozy wood burning stove. Wifi. SORRY, NO PETS DUE TO ALLERGIES.

Yellow Farmhouse Montana (MT)

SKI Big Sky AND Bridger! We are in between. Authentic remodeled farmhouse, super comfortable. Its on 21 acres surrounded by farmland. On a gravel dead end road. Very quiet. Star viewing! 12 miles to Bozeman and 30 to Big Sky. The 2 bedrooms (one queen and two singles) can be divided or used as one suite. A bedroom is wheelchair friendly. The 1889 Barn is on the property! It is an Art gallery, a small event venue and a BAR! I can leave food AND alcohol for you. TheWayToYourHeartbiz

Private Guest Suite-Mountain Views-No Cleaning Fee

You will have your own separate entrance to this charming and comfortable guest suite in the lower level of a 3 story log home. The home is located a few miles North of Bozeman in a quiet neighborhood and features amazing views of the Bridger Mountains. The space was completely renovated during the Summer of 2022 to be a super comfortable and peaceful retreat for two. I live in the upper level of the home, so you will hear occasional sounds of me and my 15lbs Schnauzer mix, Dill.

Minutes from the Bozeman airport, the Parkside Chalet welcomes you with an open floor plan and plenty of amenities. The large covered deck with built-in BBQ and hot tub provides the ultimate oasis for your relaxation and enjoyment. Backing up to a community park, there is ample space to get outside and enjoy the day while the kids play at the playground. The 3 bedrooms have plenty of space for your group with 2 king beds and a queen bed. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave.
