Accomodati sotto l'ombrellone della veranda privata che si affaccia su una tipica piazzetta del centro storico e respira la magica atmosfera di questi luoghi. L'appartamento, poi, con i suoi comfort e colori saprà offrirti momenti di relax. L'appartamento è situato alla "Graziella" il quartiere più antico dell'isola di Ortigia ,al pian terreno di una palazzina indipendente recentemente ristrutturata. Ha una superficie di 40 mq circa che si estende su un unico livello composto da soggiorno con zona pranzo, cucina completa di stoviglie forno e piano cottura , letto matrimoniale, due armadi, un divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con ampia cabina doccia . Ospita comodamente quattro persone. La veranda privata è dotata di un comodo tavolo e ombrellone... Ottima posizione su una piazzetta tipica del centro storico che regala un'atmosfera silenziosa e particolarmente soleggiata, a due passi dal mercato e dal Tempio di Apollo. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono le vie pricipali dei negozi, ristoranti e i solarium. Per rendere il più gradevole possibile il vostro soggiorno troverete a vostra disposizione un kit cortesia bagno e uno per la cucina,biancheria,teli bagno. Teli mare in affitto costo aggiuntivo. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, caffettiera, tv, aspirapolvere, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli. Per i bambini culla da campeggio completa di materasso e biancheria, sterilizzatore e scaldabiberon, vaschetta bagno, seggiolone. Kit per bambini ha costo aggiuntivo. L'appartamento si trova a Ortigia, terra di stupendi tramonti e stretti vicoli barocchi, vicino al mercato che ti offrirà tutto il meglio della Sicilia: frutta, verdura, carne, pesce, olive, capperi, pomodori e formaggi. Una delizia. A due passi dalla stazione taxi e bus. A 500mt dal parcheggio Talete. Dall'aeroporto di Catania è possibile noleggiare un automobile oppure ogni ora c'è l'autobus diretto . In Ortigia,in una delle vie più caratteristiche dell'isola, all'interno di una Corte del 1907, affittiamo un appartamento di 45 mq soppalcato,ristrutturato e ben arredato.E' composto da un open space con cucina, isola americana, completa di elettrodomestici; un bagno, completo di asciugamani,phon e lavatrice; una camera da letto al piano superiore, fornita di lenzuola,e camera singola adiacente.L'appartamento è super accessoriato,provvisto di condizionatore,riscaldamento, TV 40'' e WI-FI libero.

It is on 2 levels: the ground floor has a wide living room, with a dining area overlooking the natural harbour of the Great Port,a spacious,well equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The mezzanine hosts the master bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower.

the style of the house is the typical vintage sicilian ; the house was heritage of my grandmother and after my family and i loved the idea to use her furniture fixed and renovated to give a new life to so many items almost abandoned in the garage. so i worked hardly to renovate the structure according with new standards and finally i did it. i hope during your stay you will enjoy the home feeling i tried to keep in the house and the sicilian DNA that belongs to the house.
