Casa Luminosa in the Old Jewish Quarter of Ortigia

The house is in a friendly neighbourhood where you will find a great assortment of bars and restaurants in close proximity to the house. That said, the house is located in a small cul-de-sac, away from the hustle and bustle of Ortigia. It is on two floors with a spacious terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor is a bedroom with a bed that can either be a king-size or two single beds. Please let us know in advance what your preference is so that we can organise the beds according to your needs. The first floor bedroom also has a small balcony and private en suite. Upstairs includes an open plan kitchen diner with a beautiful terrace, which then flows through to a comfortable living space/double bedroom with small balcony and walk in closet. This floor also includes the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and electric oven, a dishwasher, washing machine fridge and freezer. There is also an espresso machine, for that critical morning energy boost. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs that can be folded away, should you wish to use the space to soak up the rays instead, for your convenience there is a remote control canopy for shade. We have a small but growing collection of books on all things Sicilian. Amongst the books are guidebooks to Sicily including a book with hiking tours of the island. Please feel free to enjoy the books, but please do not take them with you. There is high speed internet in the house and SMART TV, linked to satellite TV as well as the internet. The house has air-conditioning, as well as heating in the winter. The staircase that leads to the first and second floors may prove challenging for people with mobility issues. The open staircase also means that the house is not suitable for smaller children. The entire house is there for you. We will personally deal with all the booking details. We have a local agent, Enrico, who will be on hand when you arrive to show you the house and hand over the keys. He will also be on call if there are any problems during your stay, additionally, we will be able to provide you with any further guidance to ensure you have a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the in the old Jewish quarter of Ortigia, Guidecca. Its location makes it ideal for exploring Ortigia, Siracusa, and the surrounding area. It's close to an incredible food market for culinary adventures. There are a number of excellent restaurants and cosy bars in the neighbourhood (see the guide). If there are more than four of you traveling to Ortigia, there is a very nice boutique hotel next door that may be able to accommodate any additional guests. Enrico, our manager, can organise pick up in a taxi from Catania airport to the house. If you choose to rent a car, there is no parking space at the house, but there are car parks at the entrance to the island. We can provide details of these. There are also buses from the airport to Ortigia. We will provide you with a map once you have booked our house, showing you how to find it and also where to park. We are passionate about Sicily and Ortigia and are more than happy to recommend things to see and do, including favourite restaurants and bars, beaches, and day trips to the nearby towns (Noto, Modica, Ragusa etc.), so that you can come to enjoy Ortigia as much as we do. If there are more than four of you traveling to Ortigia, there is a very nice boutique hotel next door that may be able to accommodate any additional guests.

Villa Susanna

Antica Villa del 1908, costruita per diventare una fabbrica di essenze di limoni e arance,che crescevano nel vasto agrumeto di proprietà della villa. Successivamente ristrutturata, la villa, è stata suddivisa in due case di 110 mq l’una. È infatti possibile prenotare entrambe le case che possono ospitare fino a 8/9 persone. Vi è un’intima corte interna e un ampio giardino esterno tutto a disposizione degli ospiti. Le due ville si presentano con uno stile differente, vi è una villa in stile moderno e una in stile classico. La prima , che può ospitare fino a 4 persone , è caratterizzata da uno stile moderno, con muri in pietra viva a vista e capriate lignee , e da una stupenda e calorosa zona living, che comprende una cucina moderna, con una penisola per le colazioni, tv da 55 pollici, ampio divano relax con penisola, un grande tavolo per i pranzi e le cene e piccoli dettagli di design. Due camere da letto, una stanza matrimoniale con bagno in camera, dotata di condizionatore ,e una mansardina con affaccio sulla zona living. Vi sono quindi due bagni dotati di tutti i confort possibili. L’altra villa, più classica e intima è caratterizzata da uno stile antico, anch’essa con muri in pietra viva e capriate lignee. Vi è un imponente camino , che è il cuore della zona living. Un’intima cucina per le colazioni e gli aperitivi e un grande tavolo per i pranzi e le cene. Anche questa villa dispone di due stanze da letto , una matrimoniale con bagno in camera , dove è presente l’aria condizionata, e l’altra una mansardina con affaccio sulla zona living, dotata del refrigeratore Polifemo Ion. Vi sono quindi due bagni dotati di tutti i confort possibili.

Antiqua Domus, ospitalità in Val di Noto.

Ubicata tra le città di Modica e Noto, al confine tra le provincie di Ragusa e Siracusa, la contrada San Giacomo gode di una speciale vista sugli Iblei. La masseria, edificata nel 1862, già di proprietà della famiglia Impellizzeri, offre all'ospite la possibilità di una incontaminata esperienza di storia, di natura e di pace. La posizione risulta strategica per chi volesse visitare le perle del Barocco Ibleo ( Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Palazzolo, Monterosso e tanti altri ancora)

Ortigia_NoHotel… the world around you

Situata nel corso principale dell’isola di Ortigia, in un edificio storico del 1818, a 50 PASSI DAL MARE dalla spiaggia di Calarossa, a “100 passi”da Piazza Duomo definita da Vittorio Sgarbi il più bel salotto d’Italia. Casetta Dione è uno splendido palazzetto immerso nel cuore del centro storico alle spalle del caratteristico mercatino rionale. Situata a 300 metri dal meraviglioso mare della nostra isola usufruendo anche di solarium attrezzati. La casa può ospitare comodamente 4 persone e troverete un ambiente pulito e sanificato. PER MEGLIO ORGANIZZARE LA BIANCHERIA DA LETTO VI PREGHIAMO DI INFORMARCI ANTICIPATAMENTE SULLA NECESSITÀ DI AVERE IL DIVANO LETTO APERTO.

Tancredi's seaside Home

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Agàpe Ortigia

Agàpe Ortigia un alloggio creato con Amore nella magica isola di Ortigia, in pieno centro storico a due passi dal Duomo ed i maggiori siti d’interesse. La camera indipendente é ampia e spaziosa, dispone di un letto matrimoniale, tv, Wi-Fi gratuito, angolo tisane e caffè ma la particolarità di questo alloggio a parte l’arredamento è il bagno che oltre ad avere i servizi principali offre una grande vasca interrata dove è possibile rilassarsi.

CasaSophia-a little jewel in the heart of Ortigia

A bright house located in the heart of Ortigia, in the Jewish neighborhood called Giudecca. Sophia House has a typical Sicilian style with attention to detail and has always been linked to art. The flooring dates back to the early 1900s. It’s equipped with a private terrace and a balcony overlooking a classic alley. The house is very welcoming and provides every comfort. Ideal for those looking for an original and exclusive environment.

MY SWEET HOME - SIRACUSA

Benvenuti nella nostra accogliente casa situata in una posizione ideale per esplorare la città. La casa di 70mq dispone di un accogliente salotto, una camera da letto confortevole con climatizzatore, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un bagno. Terrazza privata. Situata in una zona tranquilla, ma vicina ai principali punti di interesse della città, negozi, ristoranti e mezzi pubblici.
