Attico Maniace

Enjoy the breath-taking Mediterranean Sea views (so close you can hear it!) and dramatic Castello Maniace view from my newly renovated penthouse apartment situated on historic island of Ortigia, heart of Siracusa. Attico Maniace is within walking distance of great restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, shops and just 2' walk from the beach. It is an ideal base to explore Ortigia, Siracusa, the rest of Baroque Sicily and the other sites of Magna Grecia without having to pack and unpack.

La casa di Arianna

La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, è a pochi passi dal Lungomare e dal tipico mercato all’aperto. La camera matrimoniale ha un delizioso balconcino che si affaccia sulla via principale, ideale per un calice di vino alla fine di una lunga giornata di vacanza. La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina. Tutti i luoghi imperdibili di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la spiaggetta di Calarossa

La Terrazza

L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

Keep Calm and Come to Ortigia

Il mio delizioso monolocale, grazie a due balconi al quarto piano di un palazzo storico al centro di Ortigia, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sui caratteristici tetti della parte vecchia dell'isola. E' molto spazioso ed è dotato di tutto ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax. Io sono Marisa, la padrona di casa, e sono una garanzia di autenticità locale, pronta a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. Venite a trovarmi e non ve ne pentirete!

the style of the house is the typical vintage sicilian ; the house was heritage of my grandmother and after my family and i loved the idea to use her furniture fixed and renovated to give a new life to so many items almost abandoned in the garage. so i worked hardly to renovate the structure according with new standards and finally i did it. i hope during your stay you will enjoy the home feeling i tried to keep in the house and the sicilian DNA that belongs to the house.

The apartment is located in an ancient building and is located right on the seafront of Ortigia, five minutes walk from the Duomo of Syracuse and two minutes walk from the city center and all the wonders of the island.
