A due passi dal mare affittasi casa arredata con veranda e terrazza vista mare, cucina esterna,2 camere da letto,bagno,piano cottura interno. Accessoriata di tutto. Possibilità posto auto. Situata nella costa sud orientale della Sicilia con incantevoli insenature e surreali faraglioni, un luogo magico che regala tramonti spettacolari,acqua cristallina e la presenza di alcune specie di uccelli come i fenicotteri.Un concentrato di meraviglie naturali che si legano alle grandi tradizioni culinarie.

Villino Oleandro a 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia

Intero villino recentemente ristrutturato internamente. Si trova ad 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia ed è dotato di comoda doccia esterna anche con acqua calda. Il barbecue con zona pranzo esterna per le Vostre deliziose cene e le ampie terrazze consentono di vivere all'aperto quanto più tempo desideriate. All'interno ampio soggiorno con due comodi divani, tavolo da pranzo, tv, e cucina con piano a induzione, forno tradizionale, microonde, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè Bialetti.

Pasitea, autonoma, con posto auto, veranda, dotata anche di doccia esterna con acqua calda, angolo barbecue, tv, internet, 3 camere da letto con aria condizionata. Una con bagno in camera. La seconda con possibilità di utilizzo esclusivo del secondo bagno. La terza appartata, come una dependance con annesso bagnetto con wc e lavello. Lavatrice. Cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario, anche di forno a microonde. Troverà la biancheria, sdraiette ed ombrelloni a sua disposizione.
