This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
