Homey, older place that has had some renovations, could still use a few little things (ie shower head loose/falling off, loose door handle) but generally great for a family. Clean and nice without being so pristine to worry about every move the kids might make. Hot tub a big hit, the yard was also great big enough for some frisbee and sunbathing

Wonderful stay. Great open space. Clean. Great for adults and kids. Big backyard (our pup was thrilled). Great communication and easy to work with Host. Would def stay again.

Beautifully outfitted! Loved the sunroom and hot tub amenities. Ample grocery stores in both directions. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi could be amped up so “working from home” would be a challenge. There were 4 adults in our party, each with cell phones and tablets and we were lucky if 3 could connect to WiFi at the same time. Minus that inconvenience,, I would stay there again and highly recommend.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Brandon was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Chose this property because it was pet friendly with no restrictions or extra fees for 3 dogs.

My wife and I stayed here with our four kids and also had our parents stay with us this year, so we had nine people total. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, yet we could all gather around the kitchen/dining area to hang out together for meals or just to socialize. The house is absolutely stunning and it was exactly as described. Jonathan was responsive with any questions that we had. He provided a list of local restaurants and ice cream shops that came in handy as well. I think we went everywhere on the list at least once. The community is very private with little traffic or noise and the houses are surrounded by nature. We even saw a bald eagle when we were hanging out on one of the three outdoor decks. The kids loved the oceanfront pool with a zero-entry end that is perfect for smaller kids. 100% recommend!

Beautiful place! Tonya was very easy to work with. I forgot some items when I left and she mailed them back to me at no charge! You don’t find this kind of hospitality very often!

Richards place was very nice and very accommodating, having all the supplies needed for a great picnic and beach day with the kids. Chairs, Toys, Safety Vest and Boards for Pool & Beach. Very convenient and in a nice part of the beach for family. Will definitely try to book again if available for our next vacation! Thank you Richard for a great stay!

We are from the state of Georgia and when we want to enjoy the beach in summer we come to Destin, we have been renting beach houses for more than 8 years but this time we can say that it has been the best stay we have had, the house is super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, very comfortable beds, close to everything. Recommended 100% we would like to rent with you again the next time we come.

Very nice place, nice location. Super communicative host. I should have done my due diligence on Google maps and looked at the exact location. It says Pensacola, Fl. But the condo is 100% 45 minutes from Pensacola, in Perdido Key. Still a really great place, close to the night life and beach.

The condo was the perfect place to stay in Destin. The amenities that were provided made traveling a breeze. Also, you cannot beat the location and proximity to the beach. We had a great time and would love to stay again!

This place is exactly as described. Photos are up to date and accurate, location is very conveniently placed and quiet for late evening relaxation. The property is actually a lot more spacious than what it appears in the photos and we were extremely grateful for that. The Host(s) are very responsive and make check in/out very painless, I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely plan to return here in the near future!

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for sharing your little slice of private paradise.This cabin was really clean and well stocked. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our 16th anniversary here. The kayaking was a highlight for us, we enjoyed exploring the calm waters, and seeing all the nearby animals. Our dogs were so happy to run around the property. The hot tub was a definite recharge during our relaxation session, surrounded by nature's serenity. We're grateful for the laughter, stories, and memories we created and definitely would love to return someday.

Words can’t describe the peacefulness and tranquility of this place! If you love peace and quiet and enjoy nature’s beauty, this is the place for you! Hanging out on the deck, sitting in the hot tub and just enjoying the scenery with my husband for our 22nd anniversary was just what we needed! The bed was comfy and the toilet seat was amazing haha! The perfect getaway for us! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay, my kids (5&8) loved feeding the goats and we all enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor area so much, it was peaceful and felt like a true escape!! So much to do within an hours drive, we did the Florida Caverns tour and Wakulla Springs boat tour and would highly recommend both. Then came back in the evenings to relax at this wonderful spot. Was exactly what we wanted!! Lisa was very responsive and helpful!! All the little touches inside were so cute, which was just the cherry on top of a great getaway!

We loved our stay in Cape San Blas! The area is beautiful, the home is a short walk to the white beaches. There is a dock where we were able to dock our boat for the week. We were able to see a variety of wildlife from dolphins to sea turtles on our trips out. The house has plenty of space for groups of people! We were able to park 3 cars and a boat trailer without any issues. We would love to come back next summer! Thank you!
