A cosy little stockhouse_the archipelago of Vöyri

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. Rauhallinen asunto 3-kerroksisessa talossa, ylimmässä kerroksessa, siellä on hissi. Huoneisto on viihtyisä studio, jossa on kaikki tarvittava vähintään 3 hengen oleskeluun. Siinä on kaksi erillistä sänkyä ja sohva, joka voidaan taittaa kokoon. Siellä on iso lasitettu parveke. Huoneistossa on astiat, hyvin varustettu minikeittiö ja liinavaatteet,pimeät verhot. Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaupungin keskustaa( 2 km) . Oma sisään kirjautuminen.

Come & enjoy luxury cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace to south. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula. Preferred arrival/departure day for longer stays is Sunday.

Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.

Marjala on moderni kasin tehty Kelo mokki jossa on paljon ainutlaatuisia yksityiskohtia. Tällä ainutlaatuisella kohteella on aivan oma tyylinsä. Mokki soveltuu perheille, ranta on loiva hiekkaranta. Sigges Inn är ett eget boende på ca 70 m2 bestående av kök, 2 sovrum, badrum samt vardagsrum. Dessutom så finns en stor terrass (100m2) samt en inglasad terrass (30m2) med utekök att tillgå. Boendet är lämpligt både för ett par eller en familj. Husdjur är också tillåtna. Frukost kan beställas mot skild avgift.
