Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare e il paese. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 bimbi molto piccoli) e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Una volta arrivati ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi per qualsiasi cosa. Veronica è sempre disponibile e molto attenta. Super consigliato!

One of the best air bnb I have stayed in. Lots of space for the four of us. Great facilities, including a stocked store cupboard of tea, coffee pods, oil etc. Very clean. Bed was a bit softer than we like, but we were not rolling into each other. Plenty of pillows and bedding made a very comfortable stay. Showers were good, always hot. Comfortable sofas. External automatic shutters kept rooms dark at night. When windows were open there was some noise from traffic at the front but when closed there was nothing that would disturb sleep. Not much view from the balcony but I enjoyed having my breakfast there in the morning sun. View from living room was nicer and we enjoyed great sunsets. The apartment was on the fourth floor but had a small lift. Good WiFi and tv streaming. The location was excellent and we could walk to everything we wanted, and it was easy to arrive by train from Pisa and take day trips (we went to Lucca and Siena). Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen, man sieht zwischen den Bäumen hindurch unten an den kleinen, familiären Strand. Die Wohnung ist funktional, sauber und mit einer grossen Küche ausgestattet. Von aussen führt eine recht lange Treppe zum Wohnungs-Eingang, diese war nachts leider unbeleuchtet; dies könnte man noch verbessern. Schön ist, dass sich die Dorfbäckerei mit dem freundlichen Kaffee gleich unten im Haus befindet; für deinen leckeren Morgenkaffee mit Croissant muss man also nur aus dem Bett fallen ;). Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Küstenstrasse; zumindest während unserem Besuch im Oktober hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Die Vermieteragentur ist per Messenger gut erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

The apartment is ideally located 300 m from the beach and 300 m from the city center. It was clean and spacious. Lots of light and 2 balconies/terraces. Our contact at Interhome has always been professional, available and very friendly. I'd recommend it for a stay in Viareggio.

Geraldine’s flat is gorgeous, very big, comfortable, cozy and has an impressive decoration. It’s very clean and tidy. Always responding very quickly and friendly. If you want to have an elegant and charming stay in Florence, this is the place!

Excellent gite, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas, la vue sur la mer est mieux que sur les photos, l'endroit bénéficie d'un micro-climat d’où ce paradis de végétation verdoyante avec le chant des oiseaux . Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. Grand merci à Mauro ( qui parle bien français) ainsi qu'à sa femme , à Luca et à David. GRAZIE MILLE. On espère revenir car on a encore beaucoup a voir. Das Haus war super schön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und eignet sich sehr gut zum Schwimmen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls hervorragend.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

Très bon séjour passé à Florence. Le logement de Martina est très bien situé, j'ai réalisé toutes mes visites à pied en laissant ma voiture dans le garage à disposition. Comme stipulé dans l'annonce les voisins ont été quelque peu bruyant dans la nuit mais sinon rien à dire, logement propre, secteur parfait, hôte accueillante... Je recommande.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Vorallem mit Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus fernab vom Verkehr liegt und jede Menge Platz zum Spielen im Freien vorhanden war.

federico was so helpful and the apartment was perfect! such a great location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see in florence and it is so beautiful. has such a wonderful stay and would recommend to anybody staying in florence.

Appartamento bello comodo e funzionale

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.
