It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

Si trova in zona Statuto, vicinissimo al centro città, ma fuori dalla ZTL, in posizione strategica per il polo fieristico della Fortezza da Basso. La fermata Statuto della tramvia e’ a 80 metri e con 7 minuti sarete alla stazione SMN. Vicino alla stazione Montelungo.

L’alloggio con accesso privato, bagno privato e angolo cottura si trova in una delle zone più belle di Firenze. Puoi raggiungere tranquillamente il centro passeggiando e a fine giornata poter riposare fuori dal caos o raggiungere il Piazzale Michelangelo per poter ammirare il tramonto su Firenze. La fermata dell’autobus si trova nella via parallela. Per chi viaggia in bicicletta possibilità di metterla all’interno.
