Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Harptree Hideaway is close to historic Bath, vibrant Bristol and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.

The Beehive, at Snatch Farm, Ubley is a new refurbishment of old farm buildings, tucked round the back of Snatch Farm. There is 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, open plan sitting /dining room and bathroom. Surrounded by countryside this is a truly peaceful place. Perfect for couples or individuals to explore the beautiful Chew Valley and Mendip Hills and the cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells. The Beehive is next to our family home with access via our garden. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Harptree Cottage is a three bedroom barn conversion centrally positioned in the beautiful peaceful village of East Harptree, part of the Mendip Area of Outstanding Beauty. A perfect base for an active break there are an abundance of fantastic walking/running or cycling routes from the doorstep, yet we are also only a short hop from the cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells. In addition to the beautiful surroundings we really are spoilt for choice with great pubs and restaurants nearby!

The Cabin is a very peaceful, beautiful, cosy, full wooden build with full gas central heating and valley views. It's a great base for walks / cycling or a relaxing vacation. It is within easy reach of historic towns such as Bath, Bristol, Weston Super Mare and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishop's Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge caves and Wookey Hole caves. There are plenty of nearby pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley / Blagdon lake both famous for its bird watching .

Situated in an elevated position in the pretty Somerset village of Compton Martin near Wells, nestling in the beautiful Mendip countryside and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With far reaching views of Chew Valley and Blagdon lakes, you're also close to Wells, Bath, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare. This delightful accommodation is just a stone's throw from the extremely popular village pub.

The Old Stable is a beautiful one-bedroom detached barn conversion which can accommodate up to four guests. Newly renovated in 2021 to a luxurious standard with plenty of character, beamed ceilings, bifold doors and stylish furnishings. The property has breathtaking views over the Mendips and the Chew Valley Lakes. There is even a walk down to the lake which is 400 yards away. One well behaved dog is welcome. Please ensure that when you make your booking you add the £10 pet fee.
