Modern Purpose Built Detached Private Annex
Modern purpose built private self contained annex next to, but separate from our family home and is situated in Northwood which is 2 miles from the centre of Cowes. It is on the main bus routes. There is private access, parking, tv, wifi, Bathroom, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob and fridge with ice box. It is in an ideal place to explore the Island, and is 2 miles from Vestas and the local hospital. Cowes is a sailing town that has several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs.

Self Catering Annex 2 separate beds (1 bedroom)
⛴️ 0.4 miles from the ferry, Castle Copse Annexe is a lovely compact modern self catering property situated in a quiet housing estate and named after the small copse, a few minutes walk away. Walk through the copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach & crossing to Cowes. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, & sofa layout.

Cosy Cabin with Private Hot tub | Isle of Wight
Modern purpose built self contained chalet, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. It is an ideal location.

This beautiful spacious 2 bedroom town house is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from the town centre. The whole property has been recently decorated giving a fresh light feel & furnished with a lovely seaside theme. Cowes town centre is just a few minutes walk away with its excellent selection independent shops and restaurants. Just beyond the town is the seafront which takes you along the beautiful esplanade passed the Royal Yacht Squadron and on to Gurnard famous for its sunsets

A converted one bedroom Victorian flat in the seaport town of Cowes with on street parking. Ten minutes walk from the Red Jet high speed ferry terminal, Cowes high street and the floating ferry to East Cowes. A five minute walk to the nearest supermarket or ten minutes walk into town for more options. A very light and airy first floor flat with a large living room, bedroom with king size bed, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. A small balcony on the front of the flat looks down to the sea.

Cringle Cottage
Comfortable Victorian town cottage on three floors. Fully furnished and equipped for up to six people (please note, however, that there is only one bathroom). Walking distance from town centre and ferries, but on a quiet side street with very little passing traffic. A great place to feel part of the yachting life of Cowes, to have walking-distance access to Cowes-based organisations including UKSA and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation or as a base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Studio 114- 1 bedroom guest house.
Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Riverside Mews is ideally located with sea views.
Riverside Mews, 5 Seymour Court is right on the River Medina with far reaching views across the Solent. The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants all busy with tourists and sailors. Cowes is a mecca for the sailing community and yachts can be seen at all times of the year. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !

Waterside House
The apartment is situated in the heart of West Cowes, moments from the Red Jet, good quality restaurants, bars, yacht clubs and the sea front. The space has recently been built and is bright and modern. The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linens. There is a large walk-in shower and good quality towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Coffee Machine. The sitting area is complete with nest tables and the wall-mounted TV has Netflix.

Period Cottage in Cowes
Get away to this dear little house in the middle of lovely Cowes - up a pedestrianised mews. Cowes is a delightful little town with many independent shops and cafes. (M&S and Sainsbury's food halls too). Most of the town is pedestrianised and it's 5 minutes' walk to the esplanade. The Red Jet foot passenger ferry from Southampton is (less than) 5 minutes' walk. Bus stop to Newport is moments from the house. Comfortable King sized bed. Bedding and towels provided.
