Our studio is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with one kid and animals lovers. The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. Aegean's balcony - Haihoutes stone house.

In an abandoned village (Haihoutes) on Mount Dikaios in Kos, next to the church of Agios Dimitrios, there is an old stone house built in the early 1900s and renovated in 2022, with endless view of the Aegean. The house has autonomous solar energy, 100% eco friendly. If you want to live an unforgettable experience away from noises, in the nature of the mountain next to an olive grove just 10km from Kos town and 10 km from the beach in Tigaki,you are welcome.

Perfectly located in the adjoining field to the village of Myrsini, "Sotir Ali Stone House" is a beautiful stone built farmhouse that is perched among olive groves, overlooking the gulf of Mirabello. It is built on the exact same spot of an older lodging, a "magatze" as we call it here, that served our family during the olive's harvest. The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".

At the time when GCH was a lively farm, “Rosy Ipostatiko”; along with its twin "Velvet Ipostatiko", were serving as warehouses for the storage of the farm's production. Today, they have been converted into two picturesque Cycladic studios, which can perfectly accommodate couples which seek romance, relaxation, privacy and comfort, as well as young parents!
