Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

A place (89sqm) full of color, light and energy, built in three levels, comes up with a full equipped kitchen of 30sqm, TV, table with four chairs, three person sofa, that may be transformed into a queen size bed, and a balcony that overlooks the town of Fira and the sea (20sqm) with a four seat hot-tub, 2 sunbeds with a woven umbrella. Another living room of 25sqm at a different level, with 3 armchairs, that transform to 3 single beds for children, with a bathroom.

House with backyard jacuzzi-pool/Center of Rhodes

Recently renovated neoclassical house , built with Italian influence. Consisting of first and ground floor with private backyard and a dipping-pool with jacuzzi functions. The ground floor can host up to 2 persons on the sofa-bed , having at its floor a private bathroom, the kitchen and the backyard. The first floor can host up to 2 more persons with a queen-size bed , a chilling area and a private bathroom. Our home is located in one of the most traditional areas in the center of Rhodes.

This is a 16th-century mansion house that is located in one of the most picturesque spots of the old market in Parikia. Right next to the Frankish Castle. The house is 120m2 very bright and has all the comforts to accommodate up to 5 adults. It is located on the 1st floor consisting of two bedrooms, one living room with dining area, one bathroom, one fully equipped kitchen, one spacious living room with a sofa bed and two balconies with view to the traditional market.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

Νεοκλασικό αρχοντικό του 1852. Μέσα στο Ιστορικό κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Η Μίνι Σουίτα, διαμορφώθηκε με αγάπη, στον πιο φωτεινό χώρο του κτιρίου με τις πιο σύγχρονες ανέσεις για να προσφέρει μία αξέχαστη διαμονή.
