10 λεπτά πριν φτάσεις με το καράβι στο λιμανι, συναντάς ένα από τα ομορφότερα χωριά της Τήνου την Καρδιανή που την συντροφεύει ο "Όρμος Γιαννάκη",η παραλία της. Εκεί αποφασίσαμε να δημιουργήσουμε το "the goat house" ένα παραδοσιακό σπίτι που προσφέρει άνεση και καλαισθησία για τις διακοπές σας. When you're on board 10 minutes before you arrive at the port of Tinos, you can see one of the most beautiful villages of the island, Kardiani, which is cradled by it's beach "Ormos Giannaki". There was that we decided to create the "Goat house". One traditional house, which offers comfort and tastefulness for your holidays.

Ο χώρος που θα διανυκτερεύσεται βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή στο νότιο μέρος της πόλης στην περιοχή Ακλειδιου εξοπλισμένος με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και είδη πρώτης ανάγκης μέσα στο πράσινο της φύσης και 15' απόσταση με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης. Υπάρχει βεράντα με έπιπλα κήπου από όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη μαγευτική θέα της πόλης και του λιμανιού. Το κτίριο που στεγάζεται ο χώρος είναι ένα αρχοντικό περιτριγυρισμενο από οπωροφόρα δέντρα. Στο δρόμο υπάρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

A fully renovated (June '19) 31m² studio apt located on the 1st floor, just steps away from the square of Georgioupolis and only about 150m from the beach. The apt is surrounded by various amenities including grocery stores, souvenir shops, traditional Cretan tavernas, cafés, bars, rental services for cars, motorbikes and bicycles, a free parking area and an open-air municipal gym. The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology.
