Within a few miles there are at least 7 beaches where you can enjoy surfing, walks and a bit of the good life! "Flip Flops" is ideal for families or couples, with a double bedroom and a bunk room, with open plan kitchen and lounge area in the centre. Eating is either on the bar stools in the kitchen area or “alfresco” on those balmy summer evening...

It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
