We are a short walk to Community Field and Anniversary Hill where historic Scotts Tower is located, as well delicious Nick's Nest, and Holyoke Hospital. A short drive to wedding venues, biking/hiking trails, hospitals,and college/university campuses

A private sitting room, meditation area and food prep area (there is no kitchen), bedroom and bath with deep soaking tub are ready for your arrival. This is a 3rd story walk up. Parking is right in front of the house and a keypad lock. Easy access in and out. AirBnB insists there is golf at my location. There is not.

We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment.
