The space was very clean. Mario is a very responsive, respectful host. He gave clear instructions and was flexible.

Great apartment just north of downtown Greenville. Placed in the Stone Avenue corridor with walkable restaurants. Walkable to downtown too.

Great location in the heart of mid-down ATL. Safe and walkable to many landmarks. Plenty of dinning options around the hood. The room is exactly as what is shown in the pictures. Bonus points: Host is always very responsive like almost answer your message within 10-20mins. There is a full body mirror in the room which is handy. Spacious and Comfortable apartment. We really like the lazy-boy couch and decide to buy a similar set when we back home :)

This was a great place in a great location! We had plenty of space, a great view of the city, and in the heart of mid-town. There are many really great restaurants within the block of the apartment. We also walked to the Botanical Gardens and easy walk to Piedmont Park. Very close to Georgia Tech where we were visiting our student. Free, easy covered parking was included. The area felt very safe. Ryan is very helpful and responsive—a great host! We enjoyed our stay!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Thomas was very attentive to any questions or problems we may have had. He made sure to leave things we may have needed, such as water, coffe/tea, chargers, extra bathroom amenities, etc. It was a very lovely home to stay in and I appreciate the opportunity.

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

Sandy was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was just what we needed - 2 beds and 2 baths. Clean and comfortable. The price was less than a single hotel room! We consider staying here again. Thanks!

Great spot right in Midtown. Looks as pictured 1 bed 1 bathroom spot. Gym and pool were largely unused during the week and was very much appreciated. Garage parking is included if you message her and the spot fit our mid-sized SUV easily. Exactly as advertised. Would return in the future if I visited again.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

We originally booked in Clemson near our student, but had to leave due to an unexpected issue at the apartment. The property management quickly switched us to an available option in nearby Seneca and we ended up in a wonderful, very spacious house, comfortable and clean. We had everything we could wish for and enjoyed the luxurious master bath, very-well stocked kitchen and the gym! The house is surrounded by lovely oaks and the area is peaceful and quiet. We stayed over a week and felt very well rested when we left. The management went out of their way accommodating us.

We over loved Trev's home. Very Spacious, looked exactly like the pics. we loved the balcony. There were a fully stock kitchen. All bedrooms was comftorable & appealing. 2mastersuites and 2 kitchens was a bonus. We didnt want too leave after our 3day stay. Trev was a great host.

This property was perfect for our needs. It was an ideal alternative to two hotel rooms for a weekend in Greenville. The house was clean and exactly as described. The location was great for us as we were splitting time between downtown Greenville and Furman University. Jade was very responsive both before and during the rental period to any questions we had. She was able to accommodate our request for a late check out as well without any difficulty. We had our 2 small dogs with us and the fenced back yard was ideal for them to hang out and do their business. The only thing to be aware of is the surrounding neighborhood. We never felt unsafe at all, but the property is on the edge of an area adjacent to some businesses where there were some folks just "hanging out." We would definitely stay here again.

My colleagues and I choose Daniels place while working in the area and we are glad we did. Daniel was very quick in responding to my late evening reservation request. Great place for us to relax after long days of working. Really enjoyed the theatre seating with big screen TV and the pool area to relax and talk about the day of work. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Nicci’s place when we were in Atlanta for a wedding. The place is very big and the perfect size for 3 couples. The living room and kitchen are a great place to gather. One of the rooms is smaller than the other 2 but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. Quiet street and easy location to get to everything. Nicci was very communicative ahead of and during our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta.

It was nice to come "home" after a day exploring ATL and be able to relax, reflect and enjoy each other's company in the cozy communal areas. We loved that the rooms are away from the living/dining area and not near the outdoor/fire pit area. those that were tired could relax in the comfortable bedrooms while others could hang out in the back yard or play games provided by hosts. we would definitely love to stay again sometime. Far enough away from busy atl that it's peaceful but close enough to get to all the places we planned pur trip around quickly! Had so many extra touches that made it wonderful, we loved the n'espresso and the kids enjoyed pacman!!

The place was very nice Tee was very helpful and responsive . I would stay there every time I visit ATL.
