My friends and I just spent the weekend in Folly Beach. We loved the house! It's large and beautifully decorated, clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and baths well-stocked with everything you need, i.e. coffee, dishwasher/laundry pods, hair dryers, beach towels, etc. It's literally steps to the beach and a nice walk into town. The expansive porches really make the house. Great views of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal stay! The house is absolutely stunning—new construction with 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 beautiful bathrooms, perfect for a group or large family. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the stylish decor to the fully stocked kitchen. Southern hospitality was on full display—welcoming, warm, and responsive hosts who truly went above and beyond. The primary suite was a dream, featuring a luxurious double shower. We also loved the rooftop patio with outdoor dining—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A thoughtful touch we especially appreciated was the additional coffee bar on the second floor, making it easy to enjoy our morning coffee without heading downstairs. The location is ideal, close to all the sights and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Joseph was one of the best host that I ever had. He was very attentive and every you could ask for when staying in and Airbnb. You will not be disappointed in the choice to stay in this property.

Krista was very responsive and available, flexible, and so accommodating. When inquiring about where to buy wood for the outdoor fireplace, Krista told us where to go after she called to make sure wood was in stock. Much appreciated. The house was a perfect blend of beachy chic and comfort. Our party of 9 felt like home, but better. The neighbor is cozy and welcoming. The front porch was a treat. Everything was done right. All the beach supplies you could need. The perfect location for days at the beach and evenings in Charleston. On the nights in, we played pool and ping pong. It was hard to leave. The kids ranging from 8–18 all wanted to move there! Thank you Krista.

My husband and I were there for our 50th anniversary. We had the best time. The beach was just steps from the front yard, the hot tub was so relaxing and the house provided everything you might need for a great vacation. Mike thought of little things like big spray, sunscreen, and my favorite- a white noice machine with the sound of the ocean. I fell asleep every night feeling like I was sleeping on the beach! It would be a great place for big families with kids. There are so many fun things to enjoy. Bikes, hammock, swings, ping pong table, paddle board and many other outdoor games. I highly recommend Mike fabulous tree house!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! Very nice and secluded from the main street and such easy access to the beach. Super clean house with everything I need to enjoy my stay! Definitely will be coming back.

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the accessibility to all that Charleston has to offer. Walked to plenty of fine dining in the neighborhood, including Southbound, The Grocery, and Fuel. There is a Publix that is a five-minute drive away. Uber's to downtown (market & King) were about 12 mins long and approx $8-10. There are plenty of people walking around the neighborhood, so it doesn't feel eery or anything. Some college students walking home later on in the night, from the establishments on King St. I would presume, but not obnoxious or anything like that. The house was super clean, easy to find, and had enough dishes and towels. The beds were SO comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, too! Communication was great and responsive.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a girls weekend! We were beyond happy with the location, amenities, and cleanliness of the house. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was so well taken care of. I hope we can make it back and stay here again.

We loved Tom’s place. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay again!!!

We, four retired guys, were in town for a multi-day event at Patriots Point. Paula’s property is a short drive from there and close to shopping. We enjoyed meals at home, including grilling in the backyard, as we as in the general area, all short drives away. We met Paula on our first day, of six, as she allowed us to check in early while she was finalizing the house for our stay. 5 stars.

Great place for dogs, friendly neighbors, and close to the beach. Will stay here again anytime we visit!

This home was very unique in every way. You could not see into one room from another, which made privacy for our group great. The neighborhood was very peaceful except for one dog, but we have dogs, so it was not bothersome. The house had plenty of space and seating for everyone. The pool area was amazing as well. Jon left us some drinks and breakfast items for our stay as well. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying again, if dance competitions bring us back to Charleston!

This is our second stay with them and it’s always the best- They are so on point with responding quickly and taking care of any questions that it makes everything easy and seamless We are already looking to rebook 🫶

This property was situated in an amazing location on James Island. It was within walking distance of Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, & Walgreens making our mornings and shopping for last minute supplies very easy. The space was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos in the listing. When we ran into any issues, Rebekah was extremely responsive and ensured they were addressed promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

This was my first time booking a trip on Airbnb and Joseph made this a simple and easy experience from start to finish. He was kind, communicative, accommodating and proactive making it a TRULY magical weekend for my best friend’s bachelorette! We could not stop talking about how we all would be coming back and staying there again in the future. There is not one bad thing we could say, the location was perfect. We found ourselves staying at the Airbnb more than going out! It had everything we needed. Perfect getaway from work and other life obligations. This was the nicest North Charleston place we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen contained items we needed and plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay again!
