The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Patriot's Point and the Ravenel Bridge are a short walk away. This is the closest residential neighborhood to Charleston that you will find in Mt Pleasant. 567068

It is located on a busy road with restaurants w/in walking distance. Pet friendly w/STRICT PET RESTRICTIONS-PLEASE READ LISTING NO CATS only well behaved and house trained dogs. BECAUSE THERE IS A STUDIO NEXT DOOR WE CANNOT ALLOW BARKING DOGS. No Exceptions. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet.

Small guest house in the heart of Mount Pleasant! The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

**No cleaning fee!!!** Small cottage with great amenities on a secluded dead end street in historic Summerville, SC. 1 mile from Hutchinson square in downtown Summerville. Cottage is located behind the main house with private parking and sits on a large property with beautiful trees, flowers, and birds in a very private setting. Quite Private Location with Free EV Charging

The James Island Suite is a beautiful converted garage apartment located in iconic Charleston, SC. This suite is equipped with a walk in closet, bathroom, kitchenette, queen bed and spacious a living area. Conveniently located 15 min from Folly beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. We are pet friendly with a small $50 pet fee (total for stay, not per night).

Mother in Law in James Island Riverland Terrace

The property is in our back yard, We are a family of 5 with a dog. We have lived here since 2005 and we love James island Charleston , we built the mother in law suite to receive family. The mother in law suite is a studio that has a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with a stove and oven. We have a dog and we keep her in our house most of the time.
