Recently renovated, 2 bedroom apartment with a private south facing garden in central Chamonix, opposite the Aiguille du midi lift station. Perfect spot with no car needed. Walking distance to all amenities, but also quiet. Located on a side street with private sunny garden to enjoy during the summer. Fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and fast WIFI. Perfect for couples, friends or a family. Large smart TV to access Netflix with French freeview, and a DVD played also provided.

The apartment has been designed and furnished with great attention to detail, its modern features contrasting with exposed wooden beams and original features. Bike and ski storage and cleaning possibility plus off-street parking. I am not rated Airbnb Plus because I refuse to have a TV.

Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.
