Bel appartement qui correspond aux photos et descriptions. Nous étions un couple et y avons passé 3 nuits. Immeuble tranquille, mobilier confortable sur la terrasse qui est très intime grâce aux auvents de côté. L’appartement a été rénové et offre tout le nécessaire. 10-12 minutes de marche pour aller aux bains avec eau chaude. À quelques pas des restaurants et bars mais sans le bruit. Vue superbe. Ascenseur. Plus cher qu’un hôtel mais la qualité en vaut la peine.

Loved this stay! A perfect location that’s walkable to everything within Skopelos Town, but also in its own quiet and peaceful area. Everything went smooth from check-in to checkout. Rigina communicated very well and was quick to respond with any questions we had or things we needed. If you’re staying in Skopelos, this is the perfect place!

Mycket bra boende med stor balkong och havsutsikt. Fridfullt område, 100 meter till stranden och nära till bussförbindelse . Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

Chrisoula is a great host and super responsive. The apartment was recently renovated with quality furniture and fittings (although an old building) . A wrap around terrace with spectacular views of Flisvos Marina and the Acropolis in the horizon. Chrisoula has fixed comfortable furniture around the terrace. Since i went for work, location wise - brilliant, central with nice restaurants around. There was nothing missing in the apartment ; Chrisoula also arranged for a cleaner mid stay; they really ensure a great job. Comfortable and cosy ; i rate the place 5 stars. Felt a home away from home. FYG, photographs put up by Chrisoula do not do justice to the apartment and its views. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. A little tricky to get to the actually apartment itself but well worth it! Place was very clean with all the amenities necessary. Host was very responsive and very helpful with local attraction. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tasos!

We chose FINIKAS Studios and Apartments for its proximity to the airport. The two bedroom penthouse apartment was spotless and had a lovely sea view. While the beach is not the most beautiful (the town could work on the cleanliness of the area) the water was clear and we enjoyed an afternoon swim before dinner. Anna made numerous recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed a great meal right on the beach, just a short walk from the apartment. The large balcony was perfect for cocktails in the evening. The hosts left an assortment of drinks and snacks for us which was a welcome surprise. We would definitely consider staying again and will recommend to family and friends.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Wir waren in der nebensaison da, daher war es dort sehr ruhig, die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten teilweise schon geschlossen oder haben sehr früh zu gemacht. Wer auf Selbstversorger macht und Ruhe sucht, ist hier in der nebensaison perfekt

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 2 wunderschöne Wochen bei Sophia in Marmari verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut traumhaft gelegen mit direktem Blick aufs Meer und man hört das Wellenrauschen zum Einschlafen und Aufwachen. Zu Fuß sind es keine 2 Gehminuten bis zum Strand, wunderbar, gerade mit kleinen Kindern oder wenn man Erholung sucht. Sophia hat uns jeden Morgen ein köstliches Frühstück mit Produkten aus der Region oder eigenem Anbau zubereitet. Jeden Morgen hat sie uns mit zahlreichen, wechselnden Köstlichkeiten überrascht und es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft, was besonders unseren Kindern sehr gefiel. Unsere Gastgeberin ist eine so herzliche, liebevolle, kinderliebe Frau, die uns wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablas und zahlreiche, wunderbare Tipps für die Region hatte. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet und man merkt, dass der Ort eine Seele und Geschichte hat. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place. It was the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of city life... The house is very comfortable, the bed is great, lots of space to relax in and a wonderful view!! Would love to return and stay double the amount of time...

Such a charming apartment! The view is everything! We loved staying here! Close to the port and all the restaurants! We loved listening to the late night chatter of the restaurants down below, but when you are ready to close up, the windows and shutter really block out the noise. We must admit, our only warning is that the restaurants down below constantly smell amazing! The aroma of the sweets they make in the morning fill the apartment, and will make you hungry fast! 10 out of 10! Perfect stay for a Greek Island getaway!

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

A truly magical stay. Dia met up with us upon arrival and made my wife and I feel at home right away. The apartment is amazing and has everything you need, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. Dia sent us countless google map links to attractions such as beaches and restaurants, both locally and some worth a drive. The view from the apartment is truly magnificent with great WiFi allowing me to do a little work on my laptop giving me the best of both worlds. As it is so high up, I would always recommend a hire car though. I'll be going back next year. Get booking !! Nick Nicolaou

Maison confortable dans un écrin de toute beauté ! La proximité avec la mer est exceptionnelle et la vue magique. Spyros nous a accueilli avec sourire et simplicité, Yanis nous a conseillé tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit !

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως φαινόταν κει στις φωτογραφίες. Ήμαστε 4 άτομα, 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Η οποία υγρασία, καθώς το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, έφευγε με το ξεκίνημα των κλιματιστικών ενώ κάποια λίγα νέρα στο μπάνιο λόγω υγρασίας δικαιολογούνται από το χειμώνα στο νησί . Η Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει και βοηθήσει. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει διακοπές στη Σκύρο και να μένει δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η απόσταση από τη χώρα είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι, ενώ υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ και ταβέρνα ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι ( 1 λεπτό με το αμάξι)

Περάσαμε υπέροχα το σπίτι άψογο ένιωθα σαν το σπίτι μου η Γεωργία πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική...πολύ κοντά σε όλα...η θέα απίστευτη...πηγαίναμε πάλι χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη...

“Stavie” was extremely informative and met us at the place and gave us clear instructions of our stay and because of the view it was easy to get oriented. We settled in and immediately went to the store which was around the corner. Prices were fair and had everything we needed. This Airbnb is smaller than we are used to but the view was the best ever. As said in the description it is truly panoramic. It is very well appointed and the place has such a great vibe. The bedding is ultra comfortable the windows that open are great for sleep. We spent most of our time on the patio just enjoying Piraeus. The city is busy with traffic and people walking everywhere. This port city is much cleaner than we noticed in Athens. If we are ever in Athens again this would be my chosen place to stay. And thank you for hosting us.

Myself and a friend spent six nights in Marmari and it was everything we wanted. It was very quiet as it was low season but it meant we had time to really switch off. The flat is very close to the ferry port so if you’re happy staying mainly in Marmari you can do without a car. We loved the fact there were multiple beaches within walking distance and took the opportunity to have multiple dips in a day!

In the appartment there was everything we needed. Kostas was really friendly and helpful and he also gave us lemons and mandarins from the trees. The Kirra area is peaceful and quiet in the end of march. Nearby there is foodmarket, vegetable/fruitstore and bakery. And more in Itea (about 2 kilometers). You can walk along the coastal way/path all the way to Itea. And what a view!!!

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit with a huge balcony overlooking the water. It is very spacious and comfortable. It is about a 15-20 walk into the city centre of Patras. I highly recommend this unit for families. Lena was a fantastic host as well.

Ένα πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα σε μια γειτονιά πλάι στη θάλασσα γεμάτη καφέ/ bistro/ εστιατόρια σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (με τα πόδια) από το κέντρο της Ναυπάκτου. Ο Σπύρος είναι από τους πιο φιλόξενους ιδιοκτήτες' μας φίλεψε σοκολατάκια και τσουρέκι φτάνοντας και απαντούσε πάντα όταν τον καλούσαμε για κάτι. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα αυτό σε όποιον θέλει να επισκεφθεί τη Ναύπακτο και πραγματικά πιστεύω ότι όσοι έχουν μικρά παιδάκια, όπως εμείς, θα το λατρέψουν! Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Σπύρο για την υπέροχη διαμονή και τη φιλοξενία!

The apartment was clean and as described. Angeliki was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations. We didn’t live the area along the front - not an authentic Greek experience.
