This is the 2nd time staying here, and I will be booking again. The home is very comfortable, homie and Kathie is an excellent host. She is very responsive and leaves clear instructions on how things work.

We had a blast staying here! We went with our families to celebrate our daughters’ 2nd and 5th birthdays. There was plenty of room, lots of costumes to play dress-up, and the pool was so nice. I am a super picky person when it comes to cleanliness and even brought my own supplies to use, but I never had to get them out. It was spotless when we got there. Be sure to read over the binder when you arrive; it has lots of helpful info!

This is absolutely the best place place we have ever rented. The owner and her family are awesome. Everything was better than the pictures . If you are going to stay on this Island this is the place to stay. They have thought of everything. Location is great and they have everything you need. Pool area is perfect.

The beach bungalow was the perfect place for a very relaxing vacation. Spent mornings on the beach-facing deck before walking down to the beach. They had everything we needed…beach towels, blanket, chairs, umbrellas. Then a short walk to bars and restaurants. Had a great time. Rob is a great host…responsive when you need him, but leaves clear instructions so you can also keep to yourselves.

Real cozy and inviting place. Hard to find a home so close to everything. But josephs house was just that. Walking or riding distance to beaches. Little further to shops but trolly was nice. Pool and hottub were thr main attraction for us. Hottub takes a good hour to heat up but once it does its hot. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Kim

We’ve been coming to Crystal Beach for years because we have family here so already knew we loved the area, but this was our first time staying at Karen’s. We had a fantastic week and hope to rent here again. The pool and yard space is beautiful and perfect for hanging out. The walk/bike trail is nearby, along with the water (beautiful sunsets) and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The house was just as described. It was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve experienced. Karen is a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended!

It was a nice place. Everything was decent. Quiet and a nice location. Just notice that pictures show a very nice pool of which there is, but is not included in the price of what your paying for. Which is fine, just make note of that and maybe shouldn't be as a first picture of advertisement. You can buy a pass/day for the pool is what we found out. Overall, I would come back again and plan on it! Thank you for offering this nice place!

Wonderful little house in South Venice. We opted to heat the pool which was the highlight for my grandson! Nice house layout. We made daiquiris in the blender and put them in the plastic glasses to sip poolside. Great place for our family getaway!

Great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Next door bar is loud so bring ear plugs. Would stay here again

we had such a wonderful week at Aaron's place, this house is located in a wonderful residential family orientated neighborhood my grandchildren and I were able to walk around and see a couple of the wild peacocks that roamed the area. great accessibility to the Beach, fun things for the kids to do, ample resources for dining. the house was everything I imagined it to be, Modern extremely clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need! it was wonderful waking up and having my coffee outside in the screen enclosed sunroom while listening to the birds chirp as the morning sun came up! absolutely loved it! hoping to come back in a couple months and I will definitely try and book your house again!

Mario was great at communication and stopped by as well! His place is cute and quaint and perfect for a single or couple! Great little kitchen and great bathroom! Highly recommend to stay at his place!

We had an incredible stay in Sebastian, Florida! Eddie was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was perfect: great pool, awesome grill setup, and an unbeatable location. Easily our best Airbnb experience yet. Highly recommend!

Really great place. The family had lots of fun with the pool and fishing off the dock. Very close to the beach (walkable) and nice kids park. Very good food options nearby, and lots to do in the area (Brevard Zoo, charters for fishing and dolphin spotting, beach ofc). Would definitely stay again if I came down.

The house was perfect for all six of us. Jessie was super responsive to all our questions. Having on suite bathrooms for each bedroom was exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed the heated pool during our time there. Would definitely recommend it.

My girlfriend & I travel frequently all over the country & the world & this was one of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. Super well-furnished across-the-board (especially the kitchen, which was awesome), very clean & organized, comfy & one of the best views you could ask for. The bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bedroom and the beds are extra comfy as well. We felt right at home the entire time and Suzanne was an amazing host: kind & very responsive. This space & location filled our every need & want between having a large enough kitchen to cook full meals, two full up-to-date bathrooms, a large living area with plenty of furniture to lounge, a one-car garage, a nice washer & dryer & my favorite- a sunroom that looks out on the water and where you can sit & watch an array of birds & other wildlife. This was also close to an awesome bike trail that you could bike to as well, which we did frequently. Overall, five star stay, host & location!

Our friends got married at Baker’s Ranch and a few of us from the wedding party stayed here. It was a great spot, very modern, cute, and spacious. When there was a tiny issue with check-in, Pete was very on top of it and came to a quick resolution. I definitely recommend this spot!

So great to stay at Vanesa's place. This Airbnb has everything you could need or want. Centrally located, exceptional value for the money, and very good description and reviews. Of all the places I looked up she had the best price of all the rest and the it definitely is a prime spot. Brand new facilities, ammenities, and excellent value. Very responsive and helpful. 15-20min to the parks with rush hour traffic. If you need a spot to be close to Disney this is it.

HIGHLY recommend!!! This home was absolutely perfect! Zero complaints! Everything was exactly what it stated and looked exactly like the pictures! Emily and Maria were amazing! Very accommodating and friendly and quick to respond! The resort is stunning! And only a few mins walk from the house to the resort. I couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be renting again in the future! My kids, husband and myself didn’t want to leave! Thanks again so much!!!! We’ll be back!! 😀

Great Location! Home was clean, and very spacious with plenty of lounging space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

This was the most beautiful location I've stayed at yet!! You wake up in the morning to a beautiful view of the lake! The house is a loft style and it is very spacious. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. Not cluttered and had everything you need for the stay. The pool was absolutely wonderful! There are chairs you can use on the deck and in the water. It is tropical and private! Theresa is the epitome of a Superhost and I'm ready for my next trip!!!

Our family was in town for a work trip with some time at Disney mixed in. This home was the perfect balance for us. On days where we didn’t go to the Disney parks, the kids played at the pool on the property or we went to the neighborhood pool / water slides. On days going to the park it’s a very easy drive less than 20min depending what time you go. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Overall great value home.
