I enjoyed staying at this place. Really-really friendly host, always ready to help and support if anything is needed. I wish I knew more Italian to catch up in some off-topic conversations) I would rate host 10 out of 10) Clean room, great bathroom, and free parking space. Moreover, it's not far away from the train station, which brings easy access to Venice or Verona.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

La casa di Eleonora si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città. In un quartiere tranquillo e pacifico, ci si può spostare a piedi ovunque. La fermata del vaporetto è a 20 metri dalla porta di casa e ci sono numerosi bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato dista 10 minuti a piedi ed è ben fornito. La casa offre tutto per una famiglia di 4 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I letti sono super comodi e l'ambiente è ben riscaldato. Consiglio!

La casa di Roberta e' arredata con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, con oggetti straordinari che denotano passione per il brocantage e grande buon gusto. Roberta e' ospite cordiale e sempre disponibile. Non potevo trovarmi meglio. Grazie

Мы с семьей путешествовали по Италии и остановились на две ночи в этом приятном месте. Атмосфера большого дома была очень уютной и спокойной. Мы просыпались под пение птиц. Бесплатная парковка для нашего автомобиля находилась в нескольких метрах от входа. Marziano встретил нас и показал свой дом, подробно проинструктировал нас о том как работает техника в доме. К вечеру стало немного прохладно и Marziano, по нашей просьбе включил дополнительное отопление. В доме три спальни и три больших ванных комнаты. Советы Marziano по выбору ресторана были очень полезны. Мы посетили один из рекомендованных рыбных ресторанов. Это было замечательно. На машине было удобно добираться до всех интересных мест нашего путешествия. Спасибо Marziano за гостеприимство.

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Felicitaciones! Nos impresionó la calidad de detalles en la restauración del departamento que ocupamos. Además del excelente diseño, un manejo perfecto de materiales y terminaciones. Realmente un acierto la elección de este alojamiento. Michele muy atento a cualquier pregunta y siempre anticipándose. Incluso nos estaba esperando cuando llegamos 2 horas antes de la hora estipulada. Todo impecable y de buen gusto, con todas las comodidades para hacer muy grata nuestra estadía. Mención aparte de la ubicación, que dudo pueda ser mejorada: a 2 minutos de la Plaza San Marcos. 100% recomendado. Gracias a nuestros huéspedes.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our time in Venice. We loved that it was just outside the busy tourist areas- it was a nice reprieve from the chaos that can be San Marco. There were wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. Andrea was very responsive and helpful as a host.

La casa di Raffaella ed Armando, è perfetta per chi vuole soggiornare a Venezia, senza essere travolto dalla confusione. È possibile raggiungere Venezia in autobus ed in treno. I consigli di Raffaella e suo marito, sono stati preziosi per visitare Venezia, oltre i luoghi turistici.

Ce logement est absolument incroyable, superbe terrasse sur San Marco, il faut entendre sonner les campaniles tout autour à l'heure de l'apéro. Génial. L'appartement est magnifique, superbe vue depuis les fenêtres aussi. Absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. Nous étions quatre, avec deux enfants, logement spacieux et vraiment agréable, soigneusement décoré. Environnement très très calme bien que très proche du centre et de tout ce qu'il faut. Notre hôte est venue nous chercher à l'arrêt de vaporetto pour nous conduire à l'appartement et nous a donné de bons conseils. Vraiment un merveilleux séjour, nous reviendrons si nous pouvons!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, ideal für Familien. Die Besitzer sind nett und zuvorkommend, die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ca’Rosaroll é muito bem localizado, bem próximo da Praça São Marcos e cercado de bons restaurantes. O flat é confortável, bem limpo e os anfitriões são bem atenciosos.

This one is a real 5 star, clean , spacious, privacy & feel like a high quality home. I’ll would definitely recommend to friends and will book again if I ever visit Venice in the future Thank you

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Piera’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless, we cooked our breakfasts and dinners every day. Piera supplied us with plenty of firewood so we could make fires in the evening to keep us cozy and warm. The view from the garden was stunning. We enjoyed our evening cocktails outside, admiring the beautiful view. The yard was all fenced in—a huge bonus for our Labrador dog. There are many nice trails for hiking and biking. And there are many towns and cities within a short drive/train ride away for nice day trips. We would definitely come back and recommend Piera’s house to our friends and family. Thank you, Piera!

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

Bezaubernder Ort! Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder und wir fanden den Garten wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gepflegt! Jody ist ein besonders gastfreundlicher Gastgeber und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Dieser Ort ist in jedem Fall mehr als eine einfache Unterkunft! Auch die Ausstattung war überaus großzügig. wir kommen bestimmt wieder!🥰🙏

Abbiamo soggiornato da Stefania per un weekend alla ricerca di relax lontano dal caos di Milano. La struttura è splendida, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli: Stefania si assicura personalmente che tutto sia pulito e ordinato. Anche se non era ancora abbastanza caldo per usare la piscina, ci siamo goduti il barbecue, il biliardo e momenti di vero relax a bordo vasca. Gli spazi, sia interni che esterni, sono arredati con gusto e pensati per garantire il massimo comfort. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Stefania è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e flessibile anche per il check-in. Torneremo sicuramente!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.
