Idéalement situé dans le haut Marais, rue de Turenne, proche de la rue de Bretagne. Quartier très vivant remplis de restaurants, magasins et galeries! L appartement est récent, moderne et a beaucoup de charme. Il a été Décoré par ma maman qui est décoratrice:) Il est lumineux avec vue sur les toits et calme car il donne sur cour. 2 pièces : une chambre et un salon-cuisine avec canapé lit (draps non fournis pour le canapé) Pour l’été pas de climatisation, il y a un ventilateur. Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

The studio is located in the historical heart of Paris, next to "Le Marais" district (7 minute walk), next to the Beaubourg Museum (5 minute walk) and the pedestrian Montorgueil market street. Closest Metro stations: Reaumur Sebastopol or Arts et Métiers. Located at the border of "Le Haut Marais", the trendiest neighborhood in Paris, you will experience all ranges of restaurants, bars, art galleries and movie theaters. My studio is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business men.

Very bright thanks to numerous windows, in a very calm street, located 2 minutes by feet from Place des Vosges in the Marais district and from Opera Bastille, and nearby 3 metro-lines (1, 5 and 8)

Vous serez à 5 mn à pied du métro République, Temple ou Arts et métiers mais vous pourrez facilement découvrir de nombreux sites et monuments aussi à pied. L’ Appartement a été entièrement rénové, il est composé d'un coin salon, d'une cuisine ouverte avec îlot entièrement équipée. d'une chambre -lit double en 160x200- et salle d'eau spacieuse avec wc. Idéal pour 2 personnes.

Attention, pas de four (Micro- onde, plaques électrique, casseroles ,assiettes et couverts dispo.), pas de machine a laver (laverie en libre service 7/7 a 120 mètres) . Ideal pour escapade parisienne en couple au coeur de Paris .
