Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex's place and highly recommend it! - Spacious, clean, well-maintained 2nd floor unit. Appreciated the balconies with view of water, bonus room with workspace, daybed and cozy electric fireplace, new full bath with nice washer/dryer, large TV, and plenty of parking for 2+ vehicles. - Family & pet friendly. - Safe, pleasant neighborhood with a local feel. Close to the beach sidewalk that stretched for miles from Winthrop Beach to Deer Island–great for scenic walks, scootering, dog walking, and beach combing. Playgrounds, parks and restaurants within walking distance. - Minor notes: Located near the airport flyover route, although we weren't bothered by the air traffic noise–it was more like the sound of the waves that came and went. We never heard the 1st floor guests and had separate entrances. - Excellent communication with the host.

This place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect for us. It was a spacious house with a desk we could work. It was lovely to look out to splendid harbor view! The host, Stephanie, was communicating with me to make sure we settled in well. She was accommodating us when she could. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting the area. We were looking for a place close to Boston and Salem and when we saw the photos of Jim and Sue’s place we knew we had to stay there. We knew nothing about Marblehead, but soon fell in love with it. Jim and Sue’s place is within walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get a coffee at Mookie’s. We also felt right at home staying there in such a cozy place full of beautiful decor. Jim and Sue are both very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Great hosts!!! We would love to visit again one day!

We are a family of 3, travelling to Boston Marathon. We had an awesome experience staying at Cathy's place in Hull, we loved the house! We will recommend it to everyone we know back home in Sweden, and truly hope to be back one day.

We had a wonderful time in Somerset. Linda’s place is amazingly clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the view! I would stay here again.

Micheal and Susan are quick to respond and resolve any minor issues that arise. The space feels like home and is comfortable spot to stay a few nights. It’s close to the ocean, and has a full kitchen allowing you to prepare meals. Look forward to staying again if in the area again in future!

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We stayed here for the pool for the kids (which was open, some recent reviews said it had been closed) and the beach access. Rooms seem new and it was quiet. You can find free parking right in front or pretty close around the beach.

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The hotel was very nice. It was clean, decorated nicely, looked recently updated and right across the street from the beach. We went off season so not a lot going in the area but there were a few restaurants that we went to close by. I would recommend staying there and it was a little over an hour away from Logan airport.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. Kerri was very responsive and proactively notified us that it would be ready for check-in earlier than listed. The place was clean, and matched the pics. It's not a big property but it is as described. We had a guest count of 4 people and it worked out well. It's walkable to great restaurants and the beach. The view of the rear of the residence to the water is very nice when it is high-tide. When it is low-tide, you're basically looking at somewhat of a mud bog. Can't access the water from the back of the residence but we weren't planning to anyway. All-in-all very nice place to stay in Hull!

The location of this unit is perfect for travelers looking for a quiet place to stay but with access to all of Boston. Not only is it a quick drive or 1 stop train ride to Salem but it is walking distance from many restaurants and great views. The town itself and really all of Boston for that matter is full of lovely people. I’ll be honest coming from someone from the South - I had my reservations about people but they were quickly subsided by EVERYONE. This place, this town, this area has something very special and lovely.

Diana prepared us for our stay by messaging us details before our arrival and equipped us with more than we needed for our stay! All appliances, bedding, and furniture is in pristine condition! Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow! Diana is improving her space by adding a side patio! We felt like we were at home the whole time. Parking was easy and spacious as well! We were invited to visit again! Thanks Diana for having us!!

This place was so cute and looked just like the photos. The host really thought of everything, from folding towels into bows to providing thoughtful touches like granola bars and facial tissues. It’s the little things that made it so convenient and enjoyable. Just book it—you won’t be disappointed!

We felt instantly happy with our choice to book with Danielle & Matt. Danielle was so great with communication during our stay. You can tell a lot of attention to detail went in to setting up this Airbnb. Super clean space with a very comfortable bed. Anything you might have forgot to pack for your trip ( razors, melatonin, hairdryer) was easily assessed. I will say the only hang up we had was trying to put our son down for a nap, if your toddlers needs a completely dark room during the early afternoon it could be hard to get them down due to the sheer curtains Besides that we highly recommend booking!

My girlfriend and I came to the area to visit Salem in October. With it being such a busy time of year, this was a perfect location for our stay. Walkable location to the commuter rail and also a very short drive as well. We used both the rail and car depending on the day to navigate busy traffic and parking. The treehouse retreat was very nice and well kept, with a large kitchenette, bedroom, and living space. Would return!

My two good friends and I went up to Salem for a November weekend (highly recommend over crazy October) and found Tina’s place to be the perfect spot for our trip! It was peaceful, cozy, and spacious for the three of us. A sweet bonus were all of the thoughtful amenities Tina provided including make up wipes and hot chocolate, plus the flexible check in and check out. On top of that, we could walk to all the major Salem sites so we didn’t need to rent a car or order any Ubers except for the airport! All in all, a fabulous trip made possible by a fabulous host!
