We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s house! The house is spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was easy to find, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful—only about 30 minutes from Bear Valley, and just 10 minutes to the main grocery store. Communication with Victoria was seamless; everything was clearly outlined in her messages, so we didn’t need much interaction. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Great home for families. Big common area and dining room that was good for 6 adults and 3 kids. The big room with bunk beds was especially nice for the kids. A bit of a trek to the snow this year, but still had a great time once we got there!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s cabin. Our kids loved the loft with tons of toys and games and they got into their musical side! It’s a perfect location to get to Bear Valley easily just 30 minutes up the road.

Lovely spot and a super convenient location close to Pine Mt. Lake and Yosemite. Incredibly peaceful. Easy check-in/check-out process. Laurie was attentive, accommodating, and communicated well. My questions were answered within an hour or so. Thank you Laurie for a great stay!

Air B&B was in the beautiful peaceful location. Hot tub was nice with the chilly weather. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxed/chill environment.

Our group of 3 families with kids loved Cindy and Kevin's home. We honestly couldn't find any reason why we wouldn't return and hopefully make this an annual trip. They have so many thoughtful amenities and necessities laid out across multiple bedrooms and floors, which gives lots of space for the different generations. Most importantly for peaceful relaxation in nature, they have a beautiful view from their balcony.

We had an amazing stay at Jen's place! It was easy to locate, and her check-in instructions were spot on. We visited for a weekend getaway with four families, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The kids had a blast playing pool and absolutely loved the hot tub. We even experienced some snow, which was a first for some of our guests! The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. We enjoyed both fireplaces and the stunning views of nature. The boys went fishing and ended up catching 18 fish! Everyone had a fantastic time, and the kids were reluctant to leave. Jen was incredibly responsive to my questions, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. We would definitely love to return! The cabin is lovely and we are grateful for our stay! Ashley was so easy to communicate with before, during, and after our trip. The cabin is so comfortable, immaculate, and cozy I could have stayed another week. Thank you, again.

We had such a great stay! Quiet neighborhood, clear instructions for everything, super clean, everything was labeled —-just an absolute breeze! This is a nice house for anyone looking for the quiet of the forest. Rita and Nathan give local recs for everything. We went to Murphys for meals and wine tasting and visited the local parks and state park to get some fresh air. Kitchen was so well equipped for all our meals. If you have little ones with you, this place is a godsend. They had toys, pack and play, a crib, childproof cabinets, child proof plugs, childproof furniture—it made our lives a little easier not having to chase after the kid constantly. The fireplace is non-operational and they currently don’t have a washer dryer. Both would have been nice but we were only there a short time. And Rita and Nathan said they’re in the process of renovating so that could change by the time you book. They were honestly the most helpful hosts and so responsive. Wonderful stay!

Craig's place was great for 3 families to meet up for the weekend. It was big enough to relegate the kids to the upstairs living room, while the grownups hung out downstairs. I loved cooking on the flat top of the fully commercial grade kitchen. Thanks so much for having us!

We loved staying at Monique’s place! It was perfect for a big family gathering to celebrate a few of our birthdays. The kids loved the games, the home was super clean, and the neighborhood felt safe! This is a spacious cabin in a beautiful spot. We loved being surrounded by snow. It did take 24 hours to warm up though the loft was always very warm. The beds were super comfy - they even had flannels sheets. Lots of room for everyone.

we loved our stay at Dominique's place. It was very conveniently located. A few mins to restaurants , rec center and the lake. The place itself was so fun!! We enjoyed the game room quite a lot. Would recommend to anyone visiting Arnold!
