This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli et l’hôte nous a aidé de façon active. Autant pour notre arrivée, pour notre départ mais aussi pour les activités et restaurants. Le loyer correspond très bien aux photos. Nous recommandons fortement.

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

Non saprei da dove cominciare per elencare tutte le note positive di questo alloggio. Innanzitutto è difficile trovare un host così disponibile, gentile e anche simpatica! Per quanto riguarda la casa: bellissima, moderna, ben attrezzata, terrazza da fare invidia anche ai migliori roof top spagnoli, compresa di tettoia e parasole elettronici! Se proprio devo fare l’antipatica e scrivere per forza qualcosa che manca.. la grattugia 😂😂 ma anche lì devo ammettere che c’era l’alternativa del pelapatate, quindi niente.. mi tocca fare la precisina e consigliare solo l’aggiunta di una jacuzzi, così posso finalmente fare la mia proposta a Donata per acquistare l’immobile!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!! Complimenti

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Pamela was very delightful. My dad and his girlfriend stayed at her place and she met us at the train station and personally escorted them. She was extremely patient. Lovely woman and her place was exactly as described. Would recommend

Idéalement placé pour aller à Venise en bus (arrêt à 15 minutes à pied). Logement très calme et bien situé dans un terrain entièrement clôturé avec un grand parking et portail électrique. Marco est très accueillant et parle bien français. Il nous a communiqué quelques jours avant notre arrivée plein d'informations très utiles. Il y a plusieurs logements à la location sur la propriété, nos enfants ont pu jouer avec d'autres enfants malgré la barrière de la langue.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

모든 것이 편안하고 편한였습니다. 네비게이션에서 찾는과정이 약간 혼선이 있었는데 긴 하나사이로 거리 이름이 달라 다른 호수로 안내하였으나, 길건너로 바로 찾을수가 있었습니다. 다만 아시운점은 저녁난방이 안되서 호스트에게 문자하니 바로 틀어주었습니다. 약간 쌀쌀한날씨에 여행하신다면 호스트에게 미리 연락하시면됩니다. 우리는 랜트카로 유럽여행하는 60대 사돈지간 부부들입니다.

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

La casa era pulitissima e in ordine, facile da raggiungere, vicino al mecdonald's, per i bambini una fortuna🤣. Il letto matrimoniale era comodissimo! Valentina e i suoi colleghi sono stati gentilissimi e veloci nel rispondere, anche disponibili nell'anticipo del ceckin. Siamo super soddisfatti. Superbe séjour d'une semaine chez Daniela. Un appartement idéal pour se reposer après avoir visité Venise, Vérone, Padoue, Vicence et Trevise. Si vous chercher un endroit où loger pour visiter cette belle région, n'hésitez pas.

El apartamento está impecable, muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Venecia. La localización es muy buena, cerca de Fondamente Nove, lo que facilita mucho la conexión con el aeropuerto y con las islas, evitando tener que cargar con el equipaje por toda la ciudad. Además, la atención de Andrea fue excelente en todo momento. Incluso después del check out, cuando nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos dejado un móvil dentro, vino enseguida a ayudarnos y gracias a su rapidez pudimos llegar a tiempo al aeropuerto. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Our 2025 European vacation in Silea has been wonderful and a fundamental component is to be attributed to Monica’s accommodation. The apartment was perfectly matches what was seen on the listing, extremely clean, tidy and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as the two bathrooms. The view from the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. Monica is a perfect and generous host, always present and available. she fully supported us both before and during the stay. She is a very kind and nice person! What else to say...... we would definitely recommend it for all those who want to see the beautiful Silea and the other little towns like Treviso, Bassano that are easily accessible from there. A must repeat!

Appartement très bien placé, en dehors de la zone touristique mais tout se fait facilement en moins de 10 min à pied. Arrivée autonome, sans difficulté, possibilité de se faire déposer en gondole à 10 m de l’appartement. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Andrea was so kind and welcomed us at the vaporetto station near the apartment. He gave clear instructions and explained clearly how to get in the apartment and use the doors/lights. While there are a lot of stairs, the location and space in the apartment is worth it. The 2 bed 2 bathroom was very roomy with a lovely balcony. Andrea is very responsive and gave us local recommendations.

Великолепная квартира с приватной территорией и парковкой. Везде очень чисто, отличное постельное бельё и очень удобная кровать, полностью укомплектованная кухня, со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, качественный wi-fi, отличная веранда, очень близко к центру.
