Elevation Lofts Boutique Hotel- Unit 302

Two-level unit with windows facing Broadway Street, a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, and a large living/dining area. It sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (both with King beds), both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the two bedrooms/bathrooms is on an upstairs mezzanine level. The main level bathroom has a roll-in shower. Kitchen and laundry appliances are ADA-compliant. Center island has 4 barstools and large custom dining table seats 6.

A 1936 Georgian-Revival, turned Coffee + Craft Beer Shop, you'll be staying on the top floor of NC's Smallest Hotel. This unit encompasses the entire third floor. Please note: the cafe is open to the public and there is potential for noise. The bar closes at 9pm on week days and 10pm on Fri/Sat. Hotel is adults suggested (21+)
