A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. La villetta interamente a disposizione degli ospiti , è raggiungibile a piedi ( 10 minuti dall arrivo dell ascensore) ed è provvista di tutti i confort necessari per vivere una magica vacanza a contatto con la natura.

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.

A soli 2 km si raggiungono gli impianti sciistici. Il monolocale è dotato di una piccola cucina, un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, bagno e un balcone.
