The place is as described, old wooden extension of a house. Relatively clean, I say that since it is a old place the walls / dwelling is quite old / rustic including the shower & bathroom. It is quite private and peaceful, good for couple days of stay if you are in the busy area of Hollywood. We were there just the 2 nights sleeping after long days of Miami open. Was expecting a bit better interiors for the price paid, but given the location it was ok.

The place was very clean and cozy, enough and comfortable for two people, close to many places and good restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

Angie's place was quiet and peaceful where I was able to catch up on some much-needed sleep.

We got there pretty late like 11 pm and it was super dark . It took us a minute to find the place but the host was very helpful, walked me through the instructions until I found the place . It was super clean, cute room , with everything that you need inside .

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this location! Wish we would have needed to stay longer but will definitely look for this listing again if I'm staying in Hollywood. Tbe hosts are reachable and communicate very well. I would recommend reaching out to the host in order to know where to go for your studio and where to park. After that, its smooth sailing! The unit is definitely a studio however it was small and tranquil. Loved the additional amenities for gueats to use such as the beach items. Also loved tnat the neach as about 8 minutes drive from the studio! Highly recommend❣️

Great place, super responsive and kind hosts!

We had an excellent stay! It was in a nice neighborhood tucked away from the main road. Sincere gave clear instructions on how to get in and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. She was very accommodating- I ask if we could borrow beach chairs/umbrella for our beach day (we were only there for 2 days) and she was more than willing. Place was very clean and everything was as described/pictured!

Alona is a great host. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. She and her husband prepared ribs, potatoes, and spinach for me and my boyfriend to enjoy. She made me feel like we been knew each other. The bathroom and shower was my favorite place … We walked the neighborhood which was so peaceful and beautiful. I would highly recommend her place. So far she is the best host I have had who checked on me daily! I will be back to Alona place .

Bill was great and super informative when we showed up to the b&b. After that he respected our privacy very well. The room was cozy and within a mile from some great restaurants. Pompano beach is a great place to be close to the action without having to be surrounded by it. Bills beach amenities were also great and very much appreciated.

We had an incredible stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. One of the highlights for us was the stunning pool — it was crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and made for the most relaxing afternoons. The outdoor area felt like a private oasis. The hosts were fantastic — very responsive, helpful, and kind. They made the check-in process smooth and were quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Every detail in the home was thoughtfully considered, and you can tell they really care about creating a great guest experience. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Nice little place and very convenient

Mon fils est resté 10 jours à Parkland. Tout s’est merveilleusement bien passé. Merci pour l’accueil et la gentillesse. Nous ne manquerons pas de réserver à nouveau.

Every inch of the little studio was laid out perfectly. Very comfortable, very welcoming, lots of snacks and goodies available. Convenient location. Some construction work going on in the neighborhood but that did not affect the quality of my stay. Will definitely return again.

We stayed a full week and enjoyed every second! The pool is a great highlight and with the thoughtful landscaping which attracted Monarch butterflies, we felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, very clean and organized, nice view of the golf course, and lots of accommodations available if needed, I would stay again!

Cool spot worth the money for a couple nights if needed

Matthew’s place was awesome! We instantly felt right at home and the studio was decorated beautifully and extremely clean! My favorite part about this place was the outside patio, I took zoom calls, and my night class outside and it was super quiet! Never had an issue with noise or disturbances, it’s a very peaceful complex. Matthew and his team are very responsive, the A/C was blowing hot air so we sent a message on air bnb and within minutes someone was at the door to check it out! Later they found that they needed to replace the unit and they did so very fast. My husband and I left for some exploration and by the time we returned the unit was replaced and you couldn’t tell anyone was even in the room! We loved it so much, that we rebooked a few nights later for 4 more days! Definitely recommend this place, we will be back!!!
