We had a lovely few nights stay at Penny’s. The neighbour hood was quiet and the third floor room felt like being among the trees. Penny was great in providing recommendations and made us feel right at home. The availability of washer dryer was greatly appreciated as was the breakfast provided. Would highly recommend penny’s place.

Me and our family stayed at Michelle's place for 3 nights and her home did not disappoint. Exactly as pictured, easy to find, flexible check in and we have everything we need and more! Amazing house for a family. Each floor has its own space— a bedroom and bathroom. They even left Boston Red Sox hats for us! It was perfect for Boston marathon weekend and would visit again. My niece and nephew (ages 4 and 5) loved the twin bed room!

Everything was just as we expected - wonderful! It really is a 4 minute walk to the beach! The bedrooms were lovely and the beds comfy. The kitchen equipment and dishes were great- full sets of plates, utensils, knives, pots and pans, etc. We grilled most every night and enjoyed the private area out side. Other nights we ate in restaurants in Gloucester, which is a cute town with shops and a museum on the waterfront. Rockport is just a few minutes away and makes for a fun afternoon of poking around shops. M Russell is very responsive to questions. All the communications were great. We were on a vacation with our 2 adult kids and their partners. Everyone had a great time.

Fabulous place. Clean, quiet, stylish, and well set-up. Awesome gas stove, new washer and dryer for your own use in your own basement, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, all makes for nice division of space. Great location: around the corner from a supermarket, two blocks from a bus stop to go to Harvard yard in less than 10 minutes. Johnny has all the details covered and provides an easy to use orientation sheet with all pertinent info: wifi set-up, recycling, etc. Leave your iron at home--the place has a great one.

Camille’s place was perfect for a group of myself and three friends as a base to explore boston and further afield. The house was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighbourhood but had good access to the red line to get into boston. Theres also a small number of nice coffee and drink /food spots just down the road which suited us perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for and would recommend for anyone who doesn t mind not staying in downtown. Thanks

Mordecai's place was neat, clean and walking distance to Market and Middle street. Mordecai was very responsive to all messages!

I was in Lowell for a week for work and stayed at Jay’s place. It was conveniently located close to downtown in a primarily residential area. It had everything I needed for my stay. the place worked great as a crash pad. The apartment is small but very accommodating. And it has parking.

Austin was an excellent host and his OASIS in Watertown, MA was a true value for us. It is in a convenient location with easy access to Cambridge and Boston either through Mass Pike or back roads. The property was spotlessly clean. It is furnished with an elegant and contemporary taste. With three bedrooms, a living room/kitchen area, the spacious place accommodates a large group comfortably and aptly. The cool breeze from the central air added an extra layer of comfort in the midst of sweltering heat wave that engulfed Boston during our stay. Everything worked. Austin was easy to reach and quick to communicate. He also developed an encyclopedia for his offering in his house manual with information that made our stay deceptively effortless. We will choose his offering next time, if the need arise. Thank you, Austin.

Our family, including our dog, enjoyed a relaxing stay at 101 Irving Street in Watertown. Everyone got their own bedroom, and the dog got lots of good walks along the Charles River. Lee was a very responsive host, as if we were his guests in Boston for the weekend. He answered our questions about public transportation and was very prompt with any request. I wish we could have stayed longer honestly!

Evelina was a great host! The home was very clean and had most of the things we needed. It would have been nice if the bedroom and bathroom doors had locks. The stairs were also very steep, floors were hardwood and loud when walking upstairs. Overall it was a great experience.

We had an amazing stay and felt right at home. If there were any questions or issues(parking, trash, codes) Jenny responded almost immediately. We felt comfortable in the area and there is a ton to do. We will definitely book again with Jenny the next time we are in the area.

My family spent several months at this wonderful townhouse. Sonny was responsive and kind with all of our questions and requests . My family of four had plenty of room to hang or spend time alone. Kitchen and restrooms had ample necessities .

Nice place, not far from Boston.. took the kids to the ice cream museum, Lego discovery center and the market..

We had an enjoyable stay and Edna was a wonderful host! The location served our purpose of a good proximity to Salem and Boston and was a perfect fit for 6 women on our girls trip!

My family and I stayed at Ken and Amy’s place for a long term rental (one month). Great location to major highways and lots of restaurants and takeout options near by. The space was clean and comfortable! Ken and Amy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Close proximity to the city. The house was great! So happy to have found this place for my stay for the Boston marathon weekend! Would definitely recommend

If you are visiting the area, Stephen's home in Essex is the place to stay. Beautiful, clean and very comfortable.  Essex is a wonderful town and a great central location to bike, hike and tour all the coastline communities. Thanks Stephen!

Great host, great house, would definitely stay again. The beds are comfy, the shower feels luxurious. Anda was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Our stay at Steven’s apartment was great—easily walkable to all attractions, clean, well appointed, and much more spacious than I expected from the photos. Parking and check in were easy, and we would gladly look to stay again next time we’re in the area
