We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September.
