Beautiful grounds! New Windows!

This beautiful villa is a 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom villa that can accommodate up to 2 people and has beach access! This villa boasts a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and beautiful countertops and cabinetry. Walk out of the kitchen to the dining area. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a large sliding glass door for patio access! What a wonderful way to wake up!! The Master bed has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate tub, and twin vanity.

5-10 minute walk to the pristine Hilton Head beach, retreat to your spacious villa in Queen's Grant of Palmetto Dunes. With nearly 1500sq ft and lofted ceilings, you can spread out comfortably. New living room furniture that all reclines, amazing king green tea memory foam mattress in both bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen (blender, toaster oven, crock pot+.) The master and living room open up to a private back patio equipped with a grill, dining room table and beach accessories.

Beach & Birdie Kid Friendly Close to Beach & Golf

Throw some clothes in a bag and the kids in the car, this villa has everything you need-especially for kids/babies! I've made it my mission to anticipate all of your needs while on your Hilton Head Island Vacation, except personal items of course. The Beach & Birdie Villa is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, bright, updated and inviting cozy home. It has a fully stocked kitchen w/ all of the amenities. This is the perfect place for a getaway with friends or a family vacation.

Walk to the Beach! Coastal Villa w Large Balcony!

Our newly renovated 2 BR/2 BA Fiddler's Cove villa is available for rent! Located on the quiet third floor, 24E is spacious and modern. The kitchen features new cabinets, quartz countertops, GE appliances, and floating shelves. Behind barn doors are the washer, dryer, and pantry. Updated bathrooms have new vanities and tile. The dining area includes a coffee/wine bar and seating for six. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, side chairs, and a 65-inch TV.

328 Captain John Fripp Villa is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental. The villa sleeps 6 and includes a spacious open living and dining room area with an outdoor patio. The master bedroom porch peeks out at the pool area and into the eyes of wildlife. Also, just beyond our backdoor is a beautiful grassy courtyard and a two hundred yard walk straight to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Carolinas.
