Family friendly 2-bedroom 2-bath oceanside condo in Hilton Head Resort. Located in the desirable atrium building with the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and baby pool. You're just a 10-minute walk down the private scenic boardwalk to the beach. The gated resort offers 2 outdoor pools (one heated March - Nov.), tennis courts, pickleball, pool side restaurant and bar, and beachside bar. Beach shuttle is available in season. Great mid- island location close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery.

Third floor has a King, 2 Queens, bunk beds, Sleeper Sofa, 2 Bathrooms, wrap-around Deck with swing bed & view of the Parks/Beach/Sound. Second floor has a 1/2 bath, Family/game room, pull-out sleeper, popcorn machine, gourmet Kitchen with best appliances, quartz countertops and a breakfast bar. Dining room has a deck with great room. 1st floor Ensuit opens to pool area.
