The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The maisonette (with parking) consists of the top two floors of a fine Grade 1 listed Georgian town house, on what is reputed to be one of the finest residential streets in Europe! The spacious apartment, decorated with fine furnishings and antiques, consists of three bedrooms (two king sized doubles with showers and a twin room with bathroom) as well as a dressing room on the top floor, a grand drawing room, dining room and fully fitted kitchen as well as a forth bathroom on the floor below.

The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
